Blue Venus Love
Me and my grandmother ate here because the other restaurant we were at was super dirty. This place was super clean and friendly. We sat right away. The server came right away and took our order. I think she was the only server because she was going to all the tables, which made her a little slow on the service. I ordered the stuffed shirmp. It came with mashed potatoes and green beans with a side of salad. The salad came with cucumber, tomatoes, and looked like a mix bag of lettuce. I thought it came with croutons and cheese. Needed a few things but had to wait for the server to come but she didn’t come till the food came. Food came out quick and hot. Overall, stay was decent. The only problem was that I just had to wait for the extra things I needed to enjoy my stay. Most definitely, I will b going back.

Awesome, friendly, fast service. Food came out in 10 minutes after we ordered, hot and flavorful. I had a chorizo skillet that came with hash browns, 4 eggs, jalapenos, cheese, sour cream, salsa and corn tortillas. Not too spicy, but there was hot sauce already available at the table. My wife got the apple waffles, which were perfect: not too sweet. At the table was also a water pitcher, hand sanitizer, and the usual salt and pepper carafe. It was nice to have everything we needed, but the table felt a bit cluttered. If we’re ever in the area again, we’re definitely coming back.

I have to say, the food is very good and ample, you get a lot of food for sure, more than what most will be able to eat. Everything was good, including the service. It is a little older and slightly antiquated but still has charm. No complaints at all. There are better places to eat, but if you live nearby, this is perfect. We see a lot of older folks here, it’s kinda geared towards that, I would think younger people dine at more modern stylish brunch places. Just my opinion. So if you want big portions, this is the place.

the owner is an arrogant man who cannot even admit when his restaurant made a mistake on a GrubHub order. apparently he doesn’t know how to find the special instructions on the GrubHub site in order to get the orders right. this guy is definitely not cut out for the service industries he’d be better suited as a prison guard.

Best diner around in my opinion. Been a long time customer and the atmosphere is friendly, the staff is always very nice and quick to service you. They always keep your coffee/drink filled. The foods always been consistent and the prices are good for the portions of food

This time it was Pi day so we went there, had dinner and brought home a whole coconut pie. The Monte Cristo sandwich Fries and soup were all delicious at the restaurant. Then the pie at home was also great. That is why the bill was higher.

Amazing banana bread French toast! Service was quick and the coffee actually tastes like coffee. Only complaint was that the meats (ham, sausage) were subpar when compared to the rest of the meal.
