We’ve ordered the summer special several times. Buy one large pizza, and get a large cheese for free. Called back about a takeout issue, and the manager took care of it immediately. Great customer service!

Bertuccis has gone down hill lately with their quality control. I ordered 2 large pizzas and one of them came out perfect, the other was dry, burnt, and unappetizing. I’ve had such inconsistent results so will look for other places to order from…there are plenty of options.

I love bertuccis and come all the from Florida to come here everytime I am in New England. This is the worst location I have been to. The topping on both pizzas were both very skimpy and my mom’s large eggplant only had 7 small slices of eggplant on the pizza. We get the same pizzas everytime and know what they should look like. As a chef I am dissapointed in the consistency and if the price rises the portions should remain the same. Also my favorite part of the meal is the rolls and we were given these flat rolls! Worst bertuccis experience ever!

We used to like ordering from this place, but in the last year the quality and value have gone down significantly. Burnt items, missing items, questionable freshness. Every order! Take this for example $14 for meatballs in the picture. The container is 3″ in diameter and the meatballs are miniature compared with last year. I don’t know if this is corporate funny business or this particular restaurant.

I give this only star because of the food is testy, cocktail and drinks are also good.. but the service are worst. The waiting time almost 1 hour and than the orders comes late. A kid was very thirsty at that time I told them about 3 times for water they took 10 to 15 minutes for just water. The service was so slow and They didn’t have many customers. So disappointed. That’s why most of the people recommend to take out. Please work on that.
