Couldn’t rate the food as the employees didn’t acknowledge that they had a customer even though they would look directly at us. They never greeted as there wasn’t a hostess, the bar tender looked at us and never acknowledged us as did a waitress. We sat at a table and was never had anyone come to our table or say that they would be with us in a moment . We got up and left. First and last time to a Berticci’s for me. Patron be ware.

We used to be able to visit Bertucci’s in Manchester and Nashua until they closed, so as we were passing through N. Reading we decided to stop for a visit. We bought gift cards for folks at Christmas time (right before they closed) and had a good amount of bonus bites/bucks that had since expired. The manager was kind enough to still accept them. Outstanding customer service. My daughter had Mac and cheese (real, not Kraft), my wife Chicken Tortellini and Chicken Parmesan for me. Left full and we each had a meal to take home. I thank the crew for a great family night out

I used to love them as a chain. I had not have then for 10+yrs? Recently I got a coupon and I want my old time fav grilled wings. I was completely disappointed for my take out. I didn’t know they now switched to fried. It used to come with rose Mary tomato basil etc. None of those. Flavor gone. I also got Alfredo with grilled chicken. The sauce was not tossed in, most pasta was not touched by the little bit of sauce. Dinner roll was the only thing just as before. If I get the coupon in mail again, I would not waste my meal on that.
