Attitude really is everything. The employees didn’t look excited to be there, and why would they be? The place wreaked of gas and the place looks dark and glum, so I was worried about the food I was about to receive, but at least I was taking my food home. They had to be there several hours. And guess what? I was right! Great foundation with the meatball and ricotta pizza and the Rigatoni Abruezzi, only issue is there was no flavor in either dish. As soon as I got it home I added adobo, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, black pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Now it’s the bomb!

Order a dinner to bring home which was very disappointing chicken was about an once to the meal big broccoli that was just taken out of the box and pour hot water over and cream souce was not up to par.

I had the most terrible experience at this restaurant. A white man with brown hair in a red shirt started yelling at me and my party. This man was so rude and he was embarrassing himself in front of the entire parking lot. I truly feel pity for those who have to be around this man as a co-worker. I will never be coming back here. Never bring your family here if you don’t want to be harassed. I hope he gets help. ❤️

We went to this restaurant with our kids to eat dinner. They set us up at the table. We patiently waited for a long time before I asked a server when they will get to us. She replied “we will get to you when we get to you”.A few minutes later they sit 2 white women, took their orders and brought them bread, then 5 minutes later another white family of 4 was being served. All these people came after us. At this point, my kids were screaming for the bread they were taking to other tables. It become apparent that they did not want to service us. I got up, walk away because I was so angry. I did not want to cause a scene. We know how it is in America, you get unfairly treated, then when you make a scene you become the angry black person.

What a wonderful dinner. I had the Salmon dinner and it was cooked superbly. The manager was very warm and welcoming. Will definitely return to this location. I often go to the Needham location and never get this service.

Ordered and they said 20 minutes, got there after 20 minutes and sat there for an hour. They told me a few minutes several times and then I found out it wasn’t even being cooked. Then when I said I was leaving because I had to go the manager decided to give me an attitude. Absolutely no professionalism from the manager and it clearly spreads down to his workers

Came here for a lowkey dinner date with my wife away from our 10-month old and we had the most relaxing time. Our interactions and service with Samantha, specifically, was stellar, almost white-glove. Friendly, professional, and always made sure we had our drinks full. Food (chicken piccata and chicken parm) was fantastic, per usual. It’s the consistent top-notch service that keeps us coming back.
