It has been years since I have visited a Bertucci’s. I still think is way better than olive garden when it comes to Italian food franchise. The service was excellent and the food was tasty. Finding a good pizza in CT is a challenge. But the pizza was just right the sauce that they use is just right not too sweet or salty, the crust was cooked to the right texture. The spinach Artichoke dip was a great appetizer. The only issue that I encountered was that the wings could have been a little crisper and that bread rolls should be warm when served.

Love this place and very good service… This sandwich I had.. Chicken Marengo was loaded with veggies but I’d prefer more chicken (there was a very small piece of chicken) and more dressing (sandwich was sort of dry.. We asked for side of dressing which was a good idea. But I love Bertucci’s and will be back!!!

Ordered the Verde pizza as take out yesterday and when I got home realized the arugula and balsamic toppings were missing. Bertuccis allowed me to come back the next day for no charge of the same pizza, and this is what I received. Wish this location was more consistent with their food orders. Will not be coming back again.

Amazing deal during September! Had amazing pizzas and pastas on Thursday and they were priced like it was the 90s! The place was packed and the wait service was working hard for what I imagine would be less tips since the deals were so good! It was much appreciated by my family and me. We will absolutely be going back soon for more of that delicious pizza!

Outstanding service ! Very good food! Had the special alfresco pizza and added shrimp. It was great but the service from this young lady was over the top. Went to Bertucci’s tonight with some girlfriends for dinner. The food was excellent as always but tonight it was the service that stood out. Our server Chastity was very very good! She gave us a warm greeting and made us feel very welcome. She answered all our questions about the menu even recommended a few dishes which we did try and they were excellent! She was checking up on us often and refilling our drinks when she noticed they were getting low. She was very good and very pleasant and made the whole experience even better. Definitely will be coming back again .
