The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The warm bread served in the beginning with flavorful Olive oil is delicious! We ordered two large pizzas and enjoyed both, especially the crust – it had the most satisfying crunch.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here:) The service was fast and friendly. The food was great and cooked to perfection The restaurant was nice, clean, and quite. The outside has a nice fire pit with an additional seating area. The prices were pretty reasonable; both of these dishes were $20 each. Overall experience; not bad at all:) Will definitely be back!!!!

Please don’t ignore the bad reviews and also it maybe better eating inside this restaurant but My experience is horrible. I did like the presentation but I feel like it’s all false advertisement. I ordered thru Uber eats and was excited after seeing reviews but this spaghetti is so dry. It literally has no taste. Noodles are too soft and meatballs are over cooked. The Garlic knots are spicy! and I can’t eat spicy foods so I have to toss them out. I’m very disappointed. I enjoyed the salad and free bread with a little butter But it’s wasn’t worth $40 bucks. No way. I won’t be returning

I haven’t been here in years. They still have mostly the same items but some new ones. I was so busy eating and forgot to take a picture of the food. I got a small broccoli and chicken pizza. It was good as usual. The rolls were room temp but still good.

I really looooved the place. The fire in the front made it look unique. Although it’s a mall restaurant, I felt like I was near downtown Philadelphia. The service was impeccable and the food was more than delicious! I really enjoyed their selection of wine. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. I would definitely go again!

I haven’t eaten at bertucci’s in a while. I was browsing through take out options near me for dinner and found out they had daily deals. I ordered their Thursday special (chicken parm for 2 and Caesar salad) and added chicken wings to my ordered. Online ordering was very easy and I was able to choose my time for pick up. I got there a bit earlier than I expected so I called to see if my food was ready. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and said the food was ready and he was just packaging them. I went in about 5 min later and picked my order up. When I got home and opened the bag, I was surprised how they packed everything including hand wipes and plates. The complimentary rolls were still warm and tasty and salad was fresh. The wings weren’t too salty or burnt. Everything was just easy and delicious! I think I will be going back more frequently and take advantage of their daily special!!!

Accessibility: Inside Plymouth Meeting Mall, so the entrance is barrier free. Plenty of room for a wheelchair to negotiate the dining room. Restroom has a large WC accessible stall that I did not photograph because someone was using it. The door to that stall hits people at the sink. Diaper-deck area has a large enough floor area to change an older child or adult, but the door opens on it, so there would be little privacy. Sinks are WC friendly. Paper towel dispenser needs repair, so a roll is sitting on the wet counter. Restaurant was otherwise clean on a busy day with family parties.

I was seated immediately by friendly girl at the door. I ordered off the Express lunch menu which is guaranteed your food will be out in 15 minutes or less. I received rolls and oil to dip it in. Lunch also came with a small salad. Lettuce, olives, tomatoes and cucumber were distributed atop mixed greens with Italian dressing. Before my meal arrived, the restaurant lost power. This is a good time to talk about management. There were 2 female managers at the time. Noone was running around freaking out . One manager went to the door to stop seating tables, the other visited each table to make sure everything was ok. Luckily this unit is full of windows with lots of natural light. Servers all continued to perform their jobs like nothing was wrong. The hostess emptied their trash. Everything went on as usual. My lunch did take longer than the 15 minutes. The power went out at 15 minutes and lunch took a few more minutes to hit my table. My pizza came out thoroughly cooked. Their sauce is pretty bland but the pepperoni was spicy. I was a tad surprised that nothing of the late lunch was mentioned when I received my bill. The server, Sarah, was very attentive especially considering it was so late in the lunch shift and she had multiple tables. Overall, this was a good experience especially considering there was no power for part of my meal.
