I don’t know what happened for the other reviewers, but my wife and I have been here several times now and love it. We have loved each meal we have had. The service has been excellent. It is a beautiful little restaurant where they treat you like family. We found out about them through Groupon and keep going back for the food. I recommend you try it. I can’t think of a reason you would be disappointed (unless you don’t like great Italian food).

My husband and I Have had dinner here 2 times. The food is Fabulous! ! The service is on point. Everything I’ve tasted is so delicious. Bringing in some friends so they can taste the wonderful dishes Bertucci’s cooks up.

I have reason to be in the neighborhood fairly often so I have eaten there perhaps a dozen times. The food is solid or a little better; the dinner portions are > ample (though you can go away hungry after one of their lunches). Sinatra, Martin & Como play and the servers are extraordinarily nice when they get to know you, though they may seem a bit brusque on first encounter. As for the prices, they’re contextually quite reasonable. (With one caveat, I ordered a glass of Chianti and noticed the bartender pouring me Livingston, which retails for about $5.00 per gallon. I was charged $4.50 for the glass. I was irritated by the mark-up and the low quality brand). No, it’s not Taylor street; it’s not Rosebud, it’s not even Italian Village. It’s a nice place in a blue collar burb that will feed you well and not gouge you, unless you order Chianti. You may even get smiled at. There are worse things than eating there.

My husband and I met at this restaurant 15 years ago. I am Italian and finding good Italian food is hard when you are used to home cooked, but this place is just like Nana’s. We have made this our date night ever since and we will be there tomorrow for our daughter’s 7th birthday. (she wants to see where mommy and daddy met and fell in love.) This is the magic place for us.

Food on pricey side 16 – 25 per dish. The linguine calmari dish was excellent but the shrimp w angelhair w olive oil was very bland. Nice atmosphere, small cozy dining room. No free refills on beverages. I suggest water w lemon and sweetner. No charge for that. Id go back.

It was the worst italian food I have ever had! The minestrone soup was tasteless. The sausage and peppers was in a bowl of beef juice and was terrible.

I’d give them 0 stars but you can’t choose 1. Terrible service, ran out of specials, instead of erasing them, they come out 30 minutes later to tell us they ran out of pork chops, and lamb chops! We will never, NEVER come back here, and will never recommend this place to anyone!!! Get it together or close down again!!!

the older lady was never so rude as I asked why are all the prices you charged me so much more then your web site price menu you advertise. her exact answer was we can do what ever we wish to and anyways the prices are subject to changes. but all the prices? food is not to bad other then I would never go back there as how I was treated.

We felt we would try something new. What a joke.the only good thing was the salad. 60.00.for 2 plates of over cooked pasta and under cooked shrimp. Bread was so hard you could not bit in to it.my frist time and last time.

Great Food, good service. Service could be a little better at times, (I’ve not had any specifically bad service, but a bit slow at times) but overall a worthwhile place to enjoy lunch or dinner.
