First time here. Had the scrapyard dog, couldn’t eat more than half of it, it was such a giant portion of food. It was delicious and now I’ve got leftovers for dinner! I forgot to add, their baked beans are awesome and have real bacon in them!

Forever the best food truck in cda! My husband and I love coming here and it is such a good deal for the amount of food you get. The owner is a super cool dude. I always get the Baker deluxe. Highly recommend the baked beans, pulled pork sandwhich, Pineapple slaw, and Baker deluxe. When they have them, the salmon bites and armadillo eggs are also delicious. Top tier place highly recommend!

Devon and his crew make the most delicious smoked tri-tip and other bbq around. I like to go there at least once a week if not twice or three times a week the guys are down to earth. The food is great, heavy portions. I don’t know of another barbecue place that is that perfect and accessible. They got to be number one for local barbecue. I don’t know anywhere else that serves it like they do. Thank you guys. I bring you up to everybody because it’s that good.

The BEST ribs in Cour D’Alene hands down. It’s not even close. Try them dry with the sauce on the side and you’ll see why. The amazing smoke flavor and the perfectly cooked texture of the most succulent juicy pork you’ve ever had. Now dip one in the sauce…. Perfection.

Best BBQ, mac, and baked beans ever! Food is always fresh and hot, the service is always great, and the prices are extremely reasonable! Huge servings too, I always have leftovers! If you are local or traveling through CDA, I highly recommend getting lunch or dinner here. You won’t be disappointed!

This was some of the very best tri-tip I have ever had. I loved the smoke flaver, and it was so tender. The bbq sauce was a bit spicy (just how I like it), but if you don’t, ask for it on the side. The guys working there the day I ate, there were two of the nicest guys you can find. One of them noticed my dog in the truck and asked if she was on a restricted diet. When I said no, he told the other guy to throw in a special treat for her. What a great place. I would highly recommend this place if you like bbq. They even offer a military and first responders discount.

I ate here for the first time the other day and it was insanely good. The tri tip sandwich was amazing and I loved all the sides. Very light refreshing cole slaw, amazing smokey baked beans, and absolutely scrumptious Mac n Cheese. The guy running it was very nice and customer service top notch. I can’t wait to go back.

I can’t stop thinking about that brisket sandwhich and can’t wait to go back! Best brisket sandwhich I’ve ever had. Generous portion of tender sliced brisket, smothered in the most delicious bbcue sauce, with a hint of spice. Roll held up well, soft but didn’t get soggy. Pineapple slaw and mac and cheese sides were equally yummy. Good value for the prices too. Highly recommend!!
