I love this place. The food is amazing and the hospitality is well above par. I suggest it to anyone who appreciates good food.

Best China really is the BEST Chinese food in all of Chattanooga. Food is consistently cooked to perfection, and you can taste the love in it! The whole staff is very friendly and personable, and their customer service is always excellent. You’ve got to try it out! Linda is so nice, and the owners are so kind as well.

Food good, service terrible. Employee that waited on us screamed the whole time about how far away we decided to sit, how she’d worked 5 doubles this week, and how she hasn’t ate her lunch yet. Don’t like your job, quit lady. I shouldn’t have to be berated because of your problems. Needless to say, I walked out before she got my order. Sad thing is, I’ve ate here in the past and really enjoyed it but it was when the previous owner was still alive.

I love this restaurant, the food is excellent and never takes to long to be prepared. The waiting staff are always great and really make you feel welcome. The food is reasonably priced for how great it is. I hunted for a long time for a GREAT Chinese restaurant in the greater Chattanooga/East Ridge/Red Bank area and this one is by far the best around for the price.

Found this place on a whim because we drove 2 hours from home to go to an attraction nearby. I have to say I’d consider driving 2 hours just to come back here because the food and service was so good! The food came out fast and it was amazing! Do yourself a favor and order the chicken on a stick! It’s awesome! So glad we spotted this place!!

From the second I walked in I was greeted, the lady at the counter was so super nice and accomadating. All of my orders came out quick, hot and affordable. The servings were HUGE! It wasn’t 5 star tasting but close. I will definitely be back! I would also recommend

The portions are horrible and the food tasted horrible. They sauced the sweet and sour chicken in the container and it became soggy. My order was for a large sweet and sour and the package was an over sized styrofoam clam shell with an anemic portion of rice and chicken in the same container. When I order a large portion of this other place a couple blocks up the street, 3 people can get a plate out of one order. The price was also very expensive for what I received. (The same price I pay up the street for more food than I received here.) That was my first and last order.

Food is about on par with what you’d expect from most Chinese places. We ordered last time take away and it was hot and waiting for us when we arrived. Service is great and friendly, and took extra care to make sure we had everything and any extras (sauces, chopsticks, etc). Great spot to stop if you need a quick bite and are after some American Chinese cuisine.

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. It may not be fancy but their food tastes great. My favorite is the sesame seed chicken. The breading on the chicken is more crisp and the sauce is tasty rather than soggy and slimy like most other Chinese restaurants.

Unfortunately ,the owner of this restaurant was diagnosed with terminal cancer. So now she has sold her restaurant. They have kept one of the main cooks, but the older Chinese man has moved to California. The cook they have now,is good but he is Mexican, not Oriental and his assistant is a Mexican girl. He used to make the absolute best hot and sour soup of any place I had ever eaten it,but I noticed that he has started adding meat to it,which has totally changed the flavour for the worse in my opinion. Their eggrolls are good and the crispy noodles they have to put in your soup are better than those at any other Oriental restaurant. I love the waitress, Linda and have known her for 20 years. She is a very nice lady and very hard-working. She is one reason we go back, just because she is so nice! I am afraid that with the new changes in ownership, the food will change until it is unrecognizable. As it is that hot and sour soup with meat , doesn’t make me want to return.
