I order almost exclusively pizza from there and its really good. It has great crunchy crust and flavorful sauce. But on the other hand the customer service is abysmal. On several occasions I am told that the pizza will be done in 20-30 minutes and when I come to pick it up i have to wait another 15-20 minutes for the single pizza to be ready. On 2 occasions I make an order and get my pizza done completely wrong and get the excuse that i have to wait more time to get the food ready with on consideration for my time. I am not going to buy from this restaurant again.

We ordered pizza, 2 subs, garlic knots, and cinnamon knots. This place is 10 minutes away from my home. I ordered delivery before realizing this and it took 2 hours to get our food. Everything was lukewarm and had steamed itself to make a strange texture. The knots were chewy and cold. The pizza was mediocre but the crust stayed crispy through the long wait. The sub bread was so “baked” that it was hard as a rock and inedible. Customer service sucked and when I called back after waiting an hour and a half with no sign of the delivery man they rushed me off the phone and said the delivery guy was just now stepping out. It took another 20 minutes before he showed up. For ordering food at 6pm on a Wednesday night you’d think they wouldn’t be that busy!

Why are the reviews so mixed? We have ordered 6 large pizzas over the last 2 years-would have been more, but we live in Englewood. The pizzas were what we are used to having come from Chicago. Wonderful, thin crispy crust, plentiful toppings- we ordered everthing on it. We called our order in wel ahead of time. The order was ready each time as promised. We love this pizza. Our guests did too and all asked where we got it.

I order food from them all the time. I think they are one of the best places around you get your moneys worth. I have never had a bad meal from them. The food is always packed with a lot of flavor and their pizza is the best!!!

Used to be a regular, never ordering from them again. Was treated very rudely over the phone when they got an item on my order completely wrong, as if it was my fault for wanting what I had payed for, and on top of that my boyfriend found a short curly grey hair in his fries.

Called them at 7:48pm and ordered a small pizza. They said it’ll be ready in 15-20 minutes. I walk in at 8:04pm. I seen a small pizza being made at table along with 2 people standing around doing nothing. I said “is that one mine?” She said “yes”. How’d the hell did it not make it into the over by 16 minutes and everyone is just standing around. Uncalled for.

I used to rant and rave about this place but after my last experience i will rate this with a 1 star. The ower has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER, HE IS RUDE AND ARROGANT. Had my sister place our order for subs and pizza, small misunderstanding i wanted a 6 inch and she did not specify any size he assumed it was a 12 inch, not even asking what size sub we were ordering. I called back to have him basically yell at me and tell me i was wrong, excuse me sir but when you order from anywhere they ALWAYS ASK WHAT SIZE! Bad bad bad business ethics idk how this place has great reviews when there pizza and crust has NO flavor! I stongly advise you to pay the little extra for marcos or if on a budget go to little ceasers! Phil you are a horrible business owner!

Ordered at 7:10 was told 40 minutes. Hour and half later I called the owner. He said after putting me on hold my pizza was just leaving. Are you kidding me!!!!! He said sorry for delay but offered no discount or through in something for free. Pizza here within 5 minutes if hanging up with owner and was not pipping hot. Will never do business with this shop again.

The pizzas aren’t the only thing that make this place the best. They just can’t make a sign that says, “Best pizzas, subs, salads, burgers, and more!” The prices are pretty good too! It may be in high-demand, but I highly recommend giving the potato-pizza a try.
