I was craving some good old teriyaki and this restaurant was the nearest. So I went in without any knowlege and I was surprised by the variety of their menu. I ordered the original teriyaki chicken and roll they recommended. I used to work for a Sushi restaurant and I can tell the quality of the fish and rice of their roll was on point. I will stop by again when I’m nearby again.

I always come to Best teriyaki when I’m in the Richmond Beach area. They have the best teriyaki and chicken curry I think that I have ever tasted. Pretty soon I want to try the sushi since the chef here is an excellent sushi chef I’ve heard.They have a nice dining area and free hot tea! Although I usually get takeout and go watch the sunset at Richmond Beach saltwater park. I highly recommend the best teriyaki

Ordered chicken teriyaki plate, gyoza plate and 2pc egg roll. The chicken was pretty tough and the item description on Door Dash said it comes with miso soup which was missing from my order. Doesn’t really feel worth the steep prices. Fried items were good.

Friendly pick up. When I got home I was cautious! Opening the container I smelled onions. There was a sweet taste to the chicken, but I had asked for the teriayki sauce on the side. Realized the grill had not been cleaned & onions had also previously been cooked for some other dish on that same grill. Will not return. I do not necessarily have an allergy, but my stomach is sensitive to cooked onions. Do not eat. Over the years my nose & palate are very zoned in on. It ruined the meat for me.

We tried this place for lunch today, as we’ve been craving good quality sushi at a reasonable price. This place is humble but makes their food with care and fresh ingredients! The people are also so nice. The sushi was DELICIOUS. We will definitely be back!

They lost my business. I liked their teriyaki and have been going there for years, but recently placed an order for take out, and less than 5 minutes after I hung up something occurred which changed my timing, so I called and asked if it could be delivered 30 minutes later, but they unapologetically refused. My food sat on my doorstep getting cold for 30 minutes. Still probably would have gone back, but the order had the wrong soup. I went in the next day to either get the correct soup or a refund. The gentlemen was rude and refused to make any effort to make amends. So many decent teriyaki places out there, I’ll have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

Going here I expected the basic and same type of teriyaki with an average environment. But the owners and food exemplify the flavor and dining. The kindness and consideration of the owners is something I appreciate. Alongside the quality of food which indeed makes it tastes like one of the best teriyaki locations.
