A few months ago I bought a pizza there n when I got home, I bit into a slice, there was a LONG HAIR embedded in the pizza. I called IMMEDIATELY TO TELL them n spoke to Mgr then (apparently Andi got fired since then) n told her the story. I COULD HAVE POSTED THE PIC OF THE HAIR IN THE PIZZA, BUT I CHOSE TO CALL. SHE was very apologetic n said my next order was on them. Well, today I made an order n got a Buffalo chicken pizza n Italian sub (w dressing on the side). I got home n there was no dressing on the side n I called them to address this this, n the MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY “RUDE” telling me I got $40 of free food When it amounted to $17… he said to me, don’t I have Italian dressing at home? It doesn’t matter if I have dressing at home or not. I’m so freaking mad at his response that I’d NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS REFER THEM TO ANYONE. I WANT TO GO AND DUMP THE FOOD HE GAVE ME ON HIS FRONT DOOR THAT’S HOW MAD I AM. THE next time, I’ll DEFINITELY TAKE PICS OF THE HAIR INSIDE THE PIZZA TO SHOW SHOW HOW THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE. I don’t want to do this, but I will now. I’m done being nice. This jerk of a Manager has no clue whatsoever. It’s sad for sure.

Orderred an italian sub and the lunch deal (3 cuts and a drink). Dine in. . . Pizza came out quick at the counter and they brought the sub to the table a few minutes later.

Their “party pack” is 28 cut pizza for about $40. I have reviewed several pizza places, and this used to be a really good place and great prices. The worst part about this Best Way is their prices are going up again. Their pizza is average to below average. I would recommend the Portage Best Way over this one. It is a real shame what some of these eateries have become the last couple years.

Must try! Under new ownership and you can tell. Seems like they are much more streamlined and have enough help. They were busier than I have ever seen them before. They also don’t skimp on the topping for fillings inside the Squarboil. Give them a try. Wide variety on the menu as well! Good customer service!

Ordered takeout cauliflower crust pizza, side salad, and 6 square cuts. We were super satisfied with it all. The owner was present, greeted me, and was very friendly. Definitely ordering again.

40 dollars for a party pack, no 2 liter. A party pack includes something else. Price on the door says they are raising prices July 3. Will order elsewhere.
