I went for the 9” breakfast burrito. They make it to order. Bistro feels open air on the USU campus with lots of windows and nice views. Fountain drink and refills cost $1.59. Great tasting food in a chill environment. They serve breakfast and lunch open till 2 PM. Are you

My experience at this location has varied every time I have been here. By far my favorite item on the menu is the Portablla mushroom sandwich. It is delicious and priced well. I also like the Grilled Pastrami but they tend to go heavy on the sauce and pastrami which makes it kinda messy. The coffee is fantastic and they provides dozens of choices. The lemonades are good but a bit pricey for the value. You wouldn’t get a bad meal here. All the food is tasty. As far as service I have no complaints.

Friendly staff and REALLY fresh food. Loved the French dip (lots of flavor in the au jus and really good bread), the mango and raspberry smoothies. They make everything to order which means it’s nice and warm, they keep the tables clean (and have indicators if it has been sanitized) and overall I had an amazing experience so I will be back!

This is the best place on campus. Order the pastrami melt, you won’t be sorry.

Food is good but overpriced. Also my Philly sandwich didn’t come with meat. French dip is good but is only a 4 inch sandwich. It comes with chips and a side salad but they don’t have salad dressing. I’d rather have a 6 inch bun and skip the side greens.

Great drinks, smoothies, and quick bites like bagels, fruit & yogurt parfait, hummus & veggie cups – haven’t tried the food yet but I hear it’s yummy. Love the location, it’s in a nice, clean, brand new building with many seating options including the patio outside and peaceful courtyard in the center of the building.

I will admit, right off the bat, that I have only been to Beth’s Bistro once. As soon as you walk in the environment feels more like a small cafe than a college campus food hub. The area is open, well laid out and has plenty of space for groups or studying students. As I had never been there before I didn’t know what to expect price wise or portion size. I am pleasantly surprised to say the portions we’re not huge but still large and the cost for it was very reasonable. I ordered the eggs with veggies added bacon to it, which also comes with toast, and some hashbrowns. They used fresh cracked eggs, fresh spinach, tomato and portobello mushrooms. The hashbrowns were thicker cut than I expected but it gave them a better texture than the other kinds. It was very good food. My only complaint about the food was they didn’t butter my toast or give me butter to do so myself. I’m not knocking any points off because it came with strawberry jam for the toast. Great food + great atmosphere = winning all around

After living on campus for over half a year, I finally decided to visit Beth’s Bistro. I’m amazed I never went sooner! The menu has a lot of options and they even have smoothies! The atmosphere is gorgeous and tranquil and makes a great place to sit and eat.
