How I did not know of this restaurant, it escapes me. Beth’s Cafe has all the dinner feel and yummy taste you’re looking for. Their specialty is their humongous 6 or 12 egg omelets. We chose the Triple Bypass, with all the meat fillings they could find. Perfection! Their hashbrowns could use a little more flavor but they’re playing second fiddle to the omelets.

Finally made it back after the reopening, and we were not disappointed. Same space with fun art, and the food is still delicious! Kept getting food envy every time another table got their orders. Can’t wait to visit again!

Nice little neighborhood hotspot with a really interesting history. Our friends had been bragging this place up for months so we finally tried it. Decent food, price was right for the portions. The management was very visible which is RARE these days, the servers were pleasant and the place place was clean for the greasy spoon that people describe it as. We’d definitely come back.

This place belongs in Texas for how big the meal is. You get so much food for what you order is outstanding. It’s usually done fairly fast and always fresh for how few of workers there are. Can’t go wrong spending time with Beth

Tried several things. All was good and tasty but not great. The country fried steak was thin and the gravy under seasoned. It was all good and I left full. I’d go eat there again.

So I was super excited to come back here because of all the memories, like everyone else I’m sure. There wasn’t a wait and I arrived around 7:30a, there was a significant amount of people already there but it wasn’t busy. It did take about 15 mins to get coffee :/ and for someone to ask if I had ordered 🙁 . My friend’s food was brought with pork and she can’t have pork, the kitchen missed it, which is ok. The staff is super nice and friendly. They might have some stuff to sort out still since they recently reopened. The food quality was ok!
