Visited twice during a stay at Cedar Point and had a pair of delightful breakfast experiences, in large part to server Chelsea who was an absolute bright ray of sunshine. It seemed everyone else in the place were regulars because of the family vibe and banter between the staff and the customers. First visit was during a rush and Chelsea did her best to cheerfully flow through the room and give each guest attention, so I can forgive the few extra minutes it took for our food to reach our table. Second visit during a quieter time definitely delivered timely service. If you are a fan of local gems like we are, this beautifully broken rundown little diner might be worth a visit. If you require polish or you’re in a hurry, maybe this isn’t the right fit for you. Come for the vibes. For me, it was just a joy to be in that room, listen to the people and feel like part of the neighborhood.

Considering we came on a Sunday, our group tried to be understanding of the slow service. However when all of our food came back cold, we were disappointed. When brought to the servers attention, she said she would microwave the dishes for us. We weren’t really looking forward to reheated food for breakfast. The staff seemed annoyed by our table, but thankfully took the cold items off our bill. Overall not pleased with our experience

I brought my 3 yo to get breakfast here and they had nothing for us to drink, no orange juice, apple juice, sweet tea or milk of any kind. I had my own water. Very disappointing we didn’t bother staying to order. The young waitress wasnt rude but she didn’t seem very enthusiastic about her job and that was offsetting too.
