This was very good. I got the spicy version of the Jerk chicken and the spice level was very good (of course, I like mine extra extra spicy, but this was just perfectly amazing). The cabbage was AMAZING. I loved the white rice as well. Overall, it was one of the best jerk chicken ❤. Now I have two of the best places to suggest for jerk chicken – one in Fl and the other in DC. It’s very difficult to find places that make it right. So, this was an amazing surprise. I’m grateful for the kind service also. This restaurant deserves all 5 stars. Very clean and family/friendly atmosphere.

I loved it! So much food for the price.I would go back anytime, jerk chicken was spicy and delicious,curry goat was good and I’m not even into that. Rice yellow and rice and peas was excellent. Jamaican cabbage and plantains were great. You can pass on the Mac and cheese and carrot cake those were a C+. Jerk pork B+ it was starting to get a little dry but tastes great. Service was ok because I heard three dishes to order and she had me start everyone by naming the sides I wanted first for each and then go back to recall what type of rice, then name what meat went with each box it seemed really unnecessary. Go try it all!

I walked in and saw the old food sitting from lunch. The service provided was horrible. We ordered 2 lunches and a beef pattie. They knew we are 4 a family of 4 and gave us 2 plastic silverware to go. We asked if we could sit and eat. The AC was not turned on. We asked if we could grab a table and sit down. Sit anywhere. Then we asked for 2 plates and they wanted to charge .75 cents each for them after tipping them for 20% when no service was rendered. I will never come back to an establishment like this ever. I don’t mind spending, but to treat us like low class people we asked questions, sorry.

Food was fine BUT my $10.50 lunch somehow turned out to be $26.50. apparently adding a second piece of chicken costs $16? The worst part was that she offered the chicken, I didn’t even ask for it. When I pointed out that nothing on the menu actually cost above $20 she responded “you had two meats”. She failed to be impressed by that fact that had I ordered two completely separate dishes it still would have been significantly less. Best to avoid this place all together.

Curry goat which costed $18 plus tax, didn’t taste anything of curry, with a few pieces of goat, no flavor whatsoever and the baked Mac n cheese was way too soft and bland also. It’s crazy that we’re charged this much for food that’s not up to par.. Y’all stay raising your prices but not raising the bar with flavors. I definetely won’t be back. On another note my husband’s the jerk chicken was delicious. I should’ve ordered that instead

Wasn’t happy at all. $9.50 for old BBQ chicken that was cooked earlier that morning. I try to support black business but when things like this happens I have to speak up on it. I’ve been there before and I guess when I got the fried BBQ chicken it was just cooked because it was crunchy,fresh, and taste very well so I assumed it would taste the same this time but no. I’ll revisit for the oxtails and rice sometime because that taste good as well from this place in the future but no more bbq chicken for me from better jerk Jamaican restaurant for me.
