Don’t EVER pass through, near, or around Canton, MS and not stop in to Bettina’s! Located on the square, it is some of the finest soul food you’ll ever out your lips to…The fried chicken is salty with just the perfect amount of crunch, the greens and field peas will remind you of a Sunday-after-church meal that your grandmama made…Cornbread, Lima beans with ham hocks and mac & cheese prepared like when people were proud of what they served…Wash it back with a variety of family friendly beverages and then put yourself in a coma with some cake or peach cobbler…The only thing missing here is some Blues music and rooms to rent so you can sleep off a meal that will make you slap the dog and spit in the fire…
