Went to Betts with my roommate Charles since Yours Truly was closed for the holiday. It was very busy inside, but we were seated quickly. Rachel was our server and she was friendly and very attentive. I ordered myself an Old Fashioned, a Coca-Cola, and an ice water to drink.

The food is excellent and it’s just about the only place that doesn’t have a crazy wait time downtown. We ate there on Saturday afternoon (saw Patton Oswalt eating there) and Sunday before the Browns Ravens 1 pm game. Both experiences were delicious ones. Fast and friendly service, nestled in a hotel lounge. This used to be Parker’s during our previous visit to Cleveland in 2019. The menu has not changed at all, but I think we had better service this time around in 2021. I recommend if you’re looking for a quick, yummy brunch. They also have nice views from the restaurant.

Food was very poor quality in my opinion. Ordered the Betts B&G expecting a good portion of gravy. Was lucky if there was 2 table spoons worth on the biscuits. And to top it off, thr biscuits were practically stale. Idk if they were over cooked or just truly stale but they were hard. Was pleased with the menu marking dairy free, keto friendly, and vegan options!
