My husband and I ate on the patio, only thing open. It was a beautiful day. Very affordable to cheap drinks. $1.50 for a Corona bottle. Yummy margaritas. I had the portabella sandwich. Probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had.

My husband’s prime rib sandwich (the special) was really good!! I had the French dip which was also pretty good and a very sweet lady that served us. It’s obviously a local hangout where everyone knows each other and they are the number one priority, understandably. It was a nice place to relax, sit, get warm and enjoy the small town atmosphere.

Excellent early dinner prior to The Harvest Moon hike at Pueblo Mountain Park. The service was great with both waitresses being very friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh and was served relatively quickly. The Bread pudding was incredible! I highly recommend you visit the Beulah Inn if you are near by. We will return again in the future.

Amazing food. Always good food and service. I have been eating here for 40 years and never had a bad meal. Love the new menu items. Beulah burger is one of the best I have eaten consistently . My whole family loves it.

Incase you didn’t know Beulah isn’t very big…. but it’s got some amazing treasures hidden in it like the Beulah Inn. On a weekend get away for a friends wedding we found ourselves in a vacation rental in Beulah. We weren’t sure what to expect when we went to find lunch but let me tell you we were very pleasantly surprised by this find. This cute little restaurant felt so cozy and welcoming. Linda our waitress welcomed us and cared for us very well. Several other employees stopped at our table also to check on us. Our glasses were never empty and our food was amazing. But hold on…. the pie? Oh the pie! I would seriously consider selling a kidney to get more of this pie! I’m picky about pies so I wasn’t too sure when we ordered apple pie but the first bite literally took my breath away. It was honestly the best pie I’ve ever had in my life! We literally couldn’t stop talking about it. We told everyone about it. I would go out of my way to get another piece of that pies! It’s worth the drive from pueblo or canon city for sure!

I have been going to the Beulah Inn since I was 3. If any one knows how old I am, that’s a really long time! Moving forward, the Beulah in is the cutest sleepyest little restaurant/bar in all the land. The food is always really good and the employees are always very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.
