I took my family yesterday and we had a very enjoyable experience! The portions were HUGE so you definitely get your money’s worth. I got the “3 meat platter” which my wife and I could have shared. My wife got the pulled pork salad, which was very good. the owner, Keith made his way around to all of the tables and greeted everyone. We will for sure be back!

1st time ordering and got take out of ribs, rib tips, pulled pork, brisket, mac n cheese, cole slaw, baked beans, potato salad, corn bread and brunswick soup. 2 meals with soup about $60. I thought we were missing some meat so i called and the owner Keith came on the phone very defensive, called me a liar and was just rude, disrespectful and degrading. Another lady got on the phone and explained how it was boxed and we did have it all. (Thank goodness for her!) All of the sides were very good, tasty and unique in their own way. The soup had a really flavor but the bite at the end was too much for me but hubby liked it. The pulled pork was good. Once i discovered which meat was the brisket…some bites were very good and other bites were dry and hard to eat…the rib tips were the same. The ribs had little meat on them…but what was there had a good flavor. I wouldn’t order them again due to the price/meat ratio. IF i ate here again i would stick with the sides and the pulled pork. BUT…I don’t plan to eat here again after being called a liar and being degraded because i didn’t know what brisket looked like…I’m sure I’m not the only person in the world who doesn’t but that doesn’t make me any less of a person. I’m sure plenty of people try to get free food…I was not…and being a 1st time customer didn’t know what to expect…a simple explanation could have gone a long way…My husband and I surely don’t need a hand out.

Yummo!! Freshly painted, bright and inviting. Everyone was dressed neatly and matching. Food was outstanding. The owner actually took the time to greet each table and ask how their meal was. He was actively taking mental notes to step up his game. According to their website, they have a live band playing Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

This is yummy! The cornbread is AWESOME, Baked beans were the bomb, the ribs have flavor all throughout, now they didn’t fall off the bone because they are SMOKED! They have the true flavor not waterlogged nor overcooked! It was GOOD!

The aroma when you walk in this place is fantastic!!!! They offer a large menu with many of options. This is a family owned business that has worked hard with great table service. This place is sparkling clean. The food is homemade and amazing. Plenty of tables for in house dining. They offer live music. This place will easily become one of your favorites. You can even pick up a t-shirt on your way out.

Family lunch. Mom and Dad both said the ribs were tough. Hard to get the meat off the bone. My pulled pork was really good and my sister’s brisket was really good. Very smokey flavor. Large sandwiches. I’ll definitely try it again, just won’t try the ribs most likely.

Fantastic experience! Loved the atmosphere, the music, and the food. Yes, it was higher priced however food was well worth it. I have read the reviews and feel like the community is not use to real food. I and my friends/family will be returning regularly. To those who chose to eat elsewhere, enjoy your microwaved food!

I was very excited to have a new BBQ restaurant here in Cambridge. We decided to visit on a Saturday it was around 4pm. The place only had one other table with patrons and we were seated towards the back. Almost immediately LOUD live music blasted us and we couldn’t comfortably carry on a conversation. Maybe the food would have been good? Never know because we left before being served. The cost on the menu are very pricey but was willing to pay for good BBQ. The place is too small for blaring loud music at 4pm.

We ate here while visiting from Northern Virginia. Meat was dry, macaroni and cheese was dry, cornbread was dry, and waffle fries were overly salty. The owner introduced himself, which was great, but then he sat at our table the entire time and ruined what was supposed to be a family dinner.
