Arch typical diner with a lot of loyal regulars. The Buffalo chicken wrap was surprisingly spicy. The pasta salad was on the daily special. I could see how some people would like it, but it was too heavy with bacon and cheese for me.

I was very disappointed in this restaurant. We were thinking it would be a good small town experience, but it didn’t turn out that way. The restaurant was old and run down to the point that it was unclean. The service was fair. The server greeted us within 10 mins and our food came out at a reasonable amount of time. The server never came back to see how things were or if we needed anything. We were actually looking for staff at one point but could not find anyone in the kitchen. Our food came out soggy and not edible. 2/4 of us didn’t eat any of the food. I have never had an experience quite like this one.

The building has black mold throughout. the tables and chairs are not only out of date, they are nasty and falling apart. I worked there for almost 2 years and have seen some NASTY things done by the “OWNER. Gloves are hardly EVER used. I used to have to ask to get new gloves when i would run out! nobodyelse used them!.. Hand washing is not something they practice. There isnt even a functional hand washing station in the kitchen. its there but just for looks! I have seen a weekend special sit in the fridge for over a week, only to be dumped in a pot watered down and called “Soup”. appalling!!! the food is mediocre and inconsistent!!

It is the best to,eat. In a smail town. The,own, it one of,the best people I know . the food Amizing. And,the,staff or so,sweet .. If u what good,food,and can homemade soups Beverly is your place it is completely made homemade instead of people saying and This Town Fair shoots are homemade but Beverly’s is truly honestly homemade soup and food. My kids love this place as much as I do, but I think they love it for the sandboxes! Great menu with a large selection. We really enjoy the blueberry pancakes here. Cozy and small but roomy enough for the kids on the bench.

I’m a big foodie and I’ve done lots of traveling and tried lots of food up and down the West Coast. I stopped here for lunch with my daughter and got a wrap. It by far was the best wrap I have EVER had. I got the grilled chicken bacon wrap but substituted the bacon for avocado.

I really wish that I could give this small town mom and pop restaurant a good review, but in good conscience I cannot. In other parts of this country the Health Inspection for Beverly’s would be a B rating, possibly a C. I cringe to think about the kitchen being as filthy as the dinning area. Let’s hope I’m wrong.
