Randomly drove by on our way to another pastry place but parking was crazy so ended up at beyond sweet and I’m glad we did! The employers were friendly, service was quick, had good music and the milkshake we had was huge and delicious! Will definitely come back and bring friends and family!

Do not waste your time or money here — this place is a joke. We walked into a filthy environment and took ten minutes to take our order with no other customers in the store. Every employee was on their phone while walking in and out of the back room. Once one of them finally took our order, the girl literally picked up her phone and just walked into the back room. Fifteen minutes passed by as every single employee was staring down at their phone without attempting to make our shakes. I had to get the attention of one of the employees to express my frustration and ask for a refund. She had no idea how to reverse the credit card transaction, so her only option was taking cash out of the register. Do yourself a favor and never step inside this joke of a business. Whoever owns this place either needs to close up shop or clean house and hire real employees.

Outstanding. That is the best way to describe this place from the minute you walk into the place,they greet you when you open the door. Then you walk up toward the counter and to your right is the menus. If you have a hard time understanding the menu the staff are there in a minute to help you. I must tell you get there early because it is a very ,very,popular place. If you get there when there busy let me tell you, it is worth the wait. Oh, bye the way if you get the birthday shake everybody &the staff sing to you.

This place had great pictures online however when me and my fiancée went to the location 45 minutes away from where we live, they said they were having a private party so no customers. I can understand that completely however there was no notice on the website of this event. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! May give another chance but no time soon, because I have a complete disdain for a business that is not ran in accordance to the entity.

No water available on a 100+ degree day, loud music, seemed chaotic and service was very slow. I ordered 2 cones that were fine, but the ice cream was nothing better than what you would buy in a grocery store. Our friends ordered shakes…after about 20-25 minutes she told them to just give her cones and call it a day (there were no other customers waiting). Kitchen closes at 6:30

Great place , took my son there for ice cream on his birthday and the shakes were awesome and huge! This place is very cost efficient as well. Plus the hot wings were sensational..My family and I will definitely be returning sometime soon!

This was my first time visiting this place and I truly enjoyed my dessert and the service. When I arrived they were about to close but I was still served and not rushed. The dessert was great I had the turtle milk shake and my guy had the New York cheese milk shake.

I went in here after seeing people carry wonderful looking treats from here. But when i went in it smelled, and there were several young girls behind the counter having loud inappropriate conversation. The menu was vauge. I ended up leaving NO treats… It seems to be black owned so i may go back but no time soon…
