We were looking for a place to eat a good burger and close to home when we first walked in the owner. Darlene was very inviting and pleasant. I ordered my burger and it is like a build your own, and my daughter ordered the wings. My daughter is not a big meat eater, and she loved the wings. My cheeseburger was made just the Way I like it on the following day. I took my husband, who also ordered a Burger it was cooked to perfection, and he also loved it. I had told him about the wings, but he was full from the burger and said he would get it next time. Darlene said you need to try the wings which ones do you like and she made him garlic wings and he absolutely loved it. We will be going back for the good food and the amazing service.

It’s refreshing to have a burger joint that asks how you want your beef cooked (rare, medium, medium well and well done) and is made fresh upon order vs a place that throws a bunch of patties on the grill and assumes everyone likes them cooked the same way. On top of all of the gourmet burger options, sandwiches can be fully customized with toppings which there are many. With that said, the burger was made right, good, obviously fresh and juicy (quality beef) however I wasn’t necessarily over the moon .This place reminds me of a glorified five guys without the peanuts and sports a cool, local vibe with nice decor and a good place to chill. I think it beats out most burger joints and would in general recommend. I’m curious to try the other styles. Good lunch special (burger, side and drink) that rotates at $11.

I recently had a wonderful experience at BGR, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Darlene. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that she recognized me as a regular customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was treated well. If all of BGR’s employees were as dedicated and customer-oriented as Darlene, there’s no doubt the company would achieve great success. Keep up the excellent work!

I placed an order through Google maps and the receipt that it gave me did not show my name. When I show up to pick up my food I show my receipt to the cashier and I tell her my name’s not on it. And she just says “you don’t got no name? Okay hold on” I don’t get how she got past an interview with that demeanor.

MUST read if you’re thinking of trying this spot. I passed this place numerous times and finally decided to stop in to try it with a friend on a Friday around 7pm. I was shocked to see how empty it was when I walked in “that should’ve been my hint” but I figured since it was the weekend after Christmas people might not be out. We order the mushroom n swiss burger on a pretzel bun with sweet potato fries, southwestern burger with french fries and an order of buffalo wings. Everything came out of the freezer straight to the grill / fryer. Wait time was about 10 mins to get the food from the time we ordered since it was empty. Let’s start with the wings; super soggy and lacked flavor which is the typical frozen wings you get from a supermarket. Next the burger; the buns were cold as if they were sitting in the fridge, the patties were over cooked and the toppings tasted old as if they were sitting there all day. The french/sweet potato fries; flavorless and dry. Overall it was below average fastfood. Now let’s talk about customer service and cleanliness! The cashier was trying to provide a good service but it was super hard to understand him with his super low voice! After I finished eating I realized he was also the assistant cook grabbing the food with the same gloves he used to bring up the order and count the money! My friend pointed out how they had the burger buns sitting on a wheel crate in the hallway next to 2 full bags of garbage by the bathroom! I wonder if the owner is aware of what’s going on in his establishment! The place needs better management team asap!
