The people who work at Boston House of Pizza truly go above and beyond to provide great customer service. They are readily available to make things right if the customer is not totally satisfied. I witnessed a very rude customer yesterday, September 22nd yelling at the front desk staff because his pizza was not delivered to him directly and that his little brother ate their pizza. How ridiculous is that! Delivery people are not responsible for who eats what is being delivered. I felt so bad for the staff at BHOP taking the verbal abuse from someone who is obviously unreasonable. BHOP has excellent food, excellent customer service and they are are always prompt at deliveries. I have ordered from them for almost 5 years now. People, please be nice to others; the same way you want to be treated.

The nicest workers here, great pizza. The best calzones in Boston in my opinion. We literally take pizza from here to NY when we visit friends. That’s how good this place is. I’ve been coming here since the old owners and even then their customer service has been great and food on point always. I’ve seen them give out slices to people in need and be so kind. I love supporting good hearted businesses. Will be back for a pepperoni cheese pizza soon!
