In town for a few days and took my friends to BIBIBOP as they had never been. I love BIBIBOP because you can build your own Asian bowl. You can go healthy or not so much. You start with a base of rice or noodles or greens and then add other items on top including either chicken, spicy chicken, tofu or steak. They have 6-7 different sauces which are very good. You could even add Kim chi. Their specialty drinks are very good. I like their hibiscus lemonade. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I think I spent about $12 but I got a drink and added Kim Chi ($1 extra). I would’ve taken 1/2 of my meal if we weren’t visiting from out of town. The dining room is pretty small, but while we were there I would say about 50% of the business was pick up or online orders. I hope one comes to our area soon!

Customer service is very unhelpful. Menu board cleary says 2 sauce options with meal bowl, Only got 1 sauce packet. When asking for the second, was told it was extra. Tried to point out and read clearly what the menu board says. And they say policy hasn’t be updated by management and didn’t have enough inventory available. Then maybe you should get a up to date manager as well. Structure of the bowl has changed, and now portions are just as skimpy as Chipotle!!

Very good! Would definitely go back! This is a build your own bowl experience – you choose your base (can go half and half), then add toppings, sauce and protein. PLUS they had a few different choices for drinks (beyond just pop).

Tried BibiBop for the first time today and it will be the last. I have never tasted blander food. Service was fantastic but geez almost $12 for bland carrots, bland Potatoes, bland chicken and even the teriyaki sauce didn’t add much more flavor. Can’t understand what all the hype is about.

So excited to have a Bibibop in Grove City! The food is always prepared fresh and they have so many great options. I love that the toppings change with the seasons and I love even more that they have great vegetarian and gluten free options! Plenty of meats to choose from as well, but I can’t get over how good the tofu is. The staff is incredibly friendly and they have precautions in place to help maintain distance between others. Bibibop is a great place to “eat your colors” since they have so many different veggies and they even have purple rice! A great healthy option if you want a meal full of flavor and fast service as well. I definitely recommend visiting and also downloading their app so you can get all sorts of deals!

Food wasn’t great. The steak is the most expensive protein but it wasn’t even steak, it was ground beef and had a weird flavor. The spicy chicken was very dry and rubbery, ended up picking most of it out. The yum yum sauce did not taste like any other yum yum sauce I’ve had before (and I’ve had quite a lot), not bad but just…weird? Definitely didn’t make up for the meat or bland toppings. Was really excited about this place as we love chipotle style places and all types of Asian food but sadly we wouldn’t eat here again 🙁
