I’m not a complainer, just simply stating work on the customer service and making people feel welcomed. We under being busy but a simple “I’ll be with you in just a second” goes a long way! I’ve visited this location every week for the past 2 months. Today was just awkward. I stood in line by myself for about 2 minutes. No acknowledgment no welcome in nothing. No one was in line ahead of me. No one was behind me. It was literally just me standing there. There was a lady refilling things (Carmen) but she never said a word. Then finally someone who appeared to be cooking came up to her and whispered something and then she decided to assist me with my order.

I visit this location everyday. I get the same meal everytime I come in. I decided to get a Bibi Bowl, as I can comfortably eat that and feel full. I asked for a side of Kale, they tried to charge me 3.99. A side of kale for 3.99. Because I didnt want it in my bowl. am I paying 3.99 for the kale to go on my bowl too then? Doesnt make sense and I ended up not getting my kale. As for Costumer service- This location needs help. The General manager is always very friendly but his workers are Rude and Unethical. They make me feel as if I am doing something WRONG coming in to get food. Especially the women. Very Very rude and seems as if they hate when costumers come in. Id prefer to make the drive to Henderson then to feel unwelcome and judged by the workers here at sawmill.

Great flavors and ingredients in a modern setting. The bowls are simple but diverse with excellent flavors and fresh ingredients. Service is quick and friendly and prices are very reasonable. A great place for lunch.

Looks great, but there’s something missing — there’s no sauce!! I had to wait on my bowl to be finished as they were making more noodles. However, when they added the noodles, they forgot the sauce. I was waiting in the dining area for it to be finished so I missed seeing them add the noodles and thus did not see that they missed the sauce. I didn’t catch this until I had driven back to a class and I did not have time to go back for the sauce. So frustrating as I’ve wound up without sauce or with the wrong sauce on numerous occasions at numerous Columbus area Bibibop locations. Service was otherwise positive and all ingredients fresh (otherwise would have given less stars).

Healthy and tasty bowl of spicy chicken and purple rice all for under $10. Can’t beat that! The ingredients are high quality and very fresh. I do cook for myself so I can tell that fresh ingredients really do make a huge difference. The location I went to on Sawmill is very clean, and the staff were all very nice and friendly. If you haven’t tried Bibibop before, definitely give it a try!✌

Second time at Bibibop so not fluent in their service line. I asked for kimchi on the side (to spicy for shared bowl with child) and they said it was at the end. At the end of the line they said I had to pay another $3 for the kimchi since it wasn’t in my bowl THEN I couldn’t have it added to my bowl since I already paid for it!!! Horrible service!

I love this place. I go here as often as possible. The locations are convenient. The wait is usually pretty quick. They have tons of ingredients and I usually get just about everything. This is a great place for take out and dine in. I also usually have leftovers, so it becomes 2 meals! This makes it even more affordable too!

Awesome food that tasted fresh and was hot, combined with good prices and great service, make an excellent experience. Tons of different combinations are available, and vegetarian/vegan options are up for grabs too. Free miso soup as well with a purchase of a food bowl. Sauces were very tasty too. Overall, I wish this place was closer to home and I’d recommend a visit!

Super healthy options, colorful fresh ingredients, fun clean environment, friendly staff, extremely fast service, convenient location. Get the purple rice. It’s loaded with antioxidants. Everything is delicious, especially the yum yum sauce, and even the kale. I’d describe it as a Korean Chipotle. Includes free soup too.
