I used the catering services from the Talmadge Rd. store for a bridal shower. I was able to communicate directly with the manager Patrick, who ensured that we received our order on time in spite of a glitch in submitting the order online. (It was a website issue and not the store’s issue). He also worked with me to add Korean beef to our menu even though it is not yet offered as a catering option. I was very pleased with the friendly service and delicious food! I got nothing but compliments regarding the flavorful food. I highly recommend this to anyone planning an event.

The restaurant chain itself is fantastic and the food is delicious. This particular location has been rather lax on its attention to detail lately though. They could learn a thing or two from the Perrysburg location. My fiancé and I have ordered online several times and at first they were great, but lately they’ve just been disappointing. If you order extra (especially extras you pay for) you expect there to be extra of whatever you ordered. I hope other people’s experience has been different than mine because this is getting old. I might just start making the drive to Perrysburg to be honest.

Great service, wonderful delicious and healthy food the yum yum sauce is it best, free miso soup. The employees are super super nice. Lynn is the sweetest person ever, the assistant general manager Corey was a cool cat

As someone with celiac, it’s amazing to have a place where I can eat anything on the menu! I actually drive an hour to my nearest BIBIBOP, and it’s absolutely worth the time and effort! And… an added bonus is they have the best gf chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had.

This is my first time eating here and it’s a lot of food for the price. $8.99 for a spicy chicken bowl but they are huge. The restaurant was clean, employees were nice, and food was fresh. My only complaint is that they have Miso Soup listed as a free side but they stopped carrying it. I don’t know if it’s because of Covid or not but I was excited to try it. I finally understand the TikTok audio. But I’d recommend people try this place if they want build-your-own style Asian food!

The food quality is great but I was very dissapointed. I ordered takeout and got no sauce, no silverware, and no napkins. I dont know who is reading order tickets but please make sure you at least put the sauce in there. The fork and knapkins can be overcame but without sauce its quite dissapointing.

I had the Heart & Soul (warm) bowl. So yummy (I added some extra kimchi). The Gochujang sauce is a bit too hot for me but still good. This is our second time here (and enjoyed it the first time). The service is good. DH had the Sweet &Spicy Chicken bowl and liked it as well. (He also said the Gochujang sauce was hot and he likes his food hot – so maybe have a little less of the sauce). Love the lemonade. Highly recommend this place.

I got the steak bowl, with extra steak. The extra steak for the money was a good value. My base was purple rice, multiple veggies to choose from when building a bowl. I chose black beans, carrots, bean sprouts cheese, and pickled red cabbage. I also chose teriyaki as my sauce, got a ginger sesame as well. Tasty and a great portion size too. Loved the pickled red cabbage. The only knock on this place is not thier fault. It’s located next to a Chick FIL A with no barrier between lots and it being dinner time the line of people with no taste buds had the lot all knarled up so it was a pain to get in and out of the lot. Looking forward to trying more but I’ll never go again during dinner hours unless they block the two lots off.
