I was looking for a healthier option for lunch and found this place on Google. Ordered an original bowl with spicy chicken, purple rice and veggies for my base and lots of veggies to top. They have a great selection of nice fresh toppings and a great selection of different drinks. The passion fruit lemonade was divine! They also have miso soup that you can get which was nothing special but did have decent miso flavor. Only downside at this location was the staff. This was my first visit so I did have a couple questions but the lady making my bowl was very short with me. Additionally, there was another employee that came in with his family. This seemed wholesome until him and his wife started getting all over each other. I got nothing against pda but it was a little awkward with how touchy they got in front of customers and their kid.

This is my first time at this location. My impression of the franchise is that they’re trying to Market themselves towards a more health conscious customer. They seem to have their selections based mostly around vegetables. I’m a protein side they have two kinds of chicken, beef, and tofu. There are pre-made selections with the ingredients Chosen and Blended together. You also have the option to build your own bowl with the ingredients that you wish to have. I made my own Bowl. I know everyone’s taste is different but to me the food itself didn’t have very much flavor to it. In addition the staff could have kept the dining area more clean. I went during a lunch time our and I was one of five customers in the dining room so you can’t say they were so busy that they couldn’t take the time to clean up.

My boyfriend and I came here at 8:15 last night along with a few other customers who walked in behind us. We were greeted with heavy sighs and rolling eyes from one employee. I am aware that they close at 9, and as a food service worker I fully understand trying to have a timely close in order to get home. However, I would never openly show customers my frustration and make them feel like a nuisance or an inconvenience ESPECIALLY 45 minutes before closing time. Even if it had been 10 minutes before 9 the customer should always come first.

highly recommend! found this place on accident during a lunch stop while driving from canada to texas, and it made me wish I had this closer to where I live. great prices, good quality food and tons of options for customization. We were able to get every single base, half and half on the meats, more than one sauce, whatever veggies, all for the same price of like $9 and honestly the quantity is huge and would last me two to three meals easily. Also the fresh lemonade is the same price as the fountain drinks (less than $3!) which is unheard of, and there are so many options including two teas, and three lemonades. We took our food to go but the interior design is also fantastic. I forgot to take a photo before I started eating so excuse the mess.

Wow, my new favorite lunch spot! My husband and I made it to opening day and they made it so fun with $5 off and prizes. We got to leave with a quality pair of socks and coffee mug in addition to our food. The best part, everything is 100% gluten free! I chose the sweet potato noodles with mung bean sprouts, marinated carrots, kale, cabbage, and double Kim chi with steak and a sesame ginger sauce. The miso soup is free! I can’t remember everything they had but there was also eggs, cheese, corn, black beans, and potatoes to name a few. Coke products and fresh lemonade. Everything was friendly. The bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend!

The food is for the most part good. I’ve noticed whenever you enter the establishment, someone from the counter says “Welcome to Bibibop ” in a loud voice and the rest of the workers are supposed to do the same using the same type to enthusiastic loudness. Anytime I’ve been there it’s always 1 employee saying it loud and making it sound like you are at a sporting event and the few other employees mumbling it in the background. I get the idea of Bibibop management welcoming their customers, but the semi yelling a phrase that the employees really don’t seem to want to repeat probably many times each day they work really isn’t necessary in my opinion.
