Always good food, service is usually spot on. I always get half rice and noodles, got the Korean beef bowl this time, very tasty. Never disappointed with the food or service. If you you eat in during the summer plan on freezing, they keep it a bit cold.

Despite early arrival, we were immediately disheartened by the condition of the dining/eating area. Our booth’s exterior window was smeared with Yum Yum sauce and fingerprints. We were disappointed to find that our shoes were sticking to the floor near the beverage station, obviously due to spilled drinks and a lack of floor attention over a period of time. The floors are in need a thorough, hot mopping. Although the food is fabulous and we are frequent customers, our group was preoccupied with worry of germs in this facility. When this location first opened, it was spotlessly clean. What happened, BIBIBOP? We are looking forward to returning to see these improvements!

Always love the food here! It’s so filling and healthy. Nice clean atmosphere with friendly and helpful service! The food always tastes fresh. I almost gave a four star review because it seems like despite the crew’s best efforts (there is always a line!) the dining room could definitely use some attention. In my last few visits the booths have not been wiped down and the highchair was pretty dirty. I am sure this is related to staffing, but a general improvement could be made. I don’t think with the current staff (four people were working the last time I visited) they can handle the volume of customers and do light cleaning in the dining room – there would need to be another staff person or manager/owner intervention.

I had Bibibop for the first time and I can confidently say it wasn’t my last! Upon entering, multiple employees greeted me. The gentleman on the main line walked me though the entire process which was great. He didn’t mind that I had to go a little slower with so many options to choose from. The food was excellent. There were so many fresh drinks to pick from. I specifically loved the passion fruit lemonade. All employees were following Covid protocols.

Anyone that likes Chipotle should check out Bibibop, especially if you enjoy asian flavors. The ingredients are always good and fresh and I love that it’s a great tasting healthy option. I wish it was a little cheaper but you got alot of food in the bowl.
