Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on our drive home to Michigan from Florida. It was great because the whole restaurant is gluten free. I made a great original bowl with the japchae noodles and cauliflower rice. They also had many other great toppings and tofu for a great vegan option. The staff were friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely go back. I wish we had this restaurant in the Detroit area.

We had a catering order for pick up at 1130am. I walked in at 1125am and the cold food/non-food was ready, and everything else was being finished cooking (so it was as fresh as possible). The food was fresh & excellent. 10/10 would recommend!

Great tasting food. Fast service. Free soup. Great Price. Lots of space to sit and eat. Everytime I want to go to eat at Cheesecake Factory, and am invariably told that wait time is 45-60 minutes, I end up at Bibi-Bop, spend like $8 and have a great meal that’s quick and leave both with my wallet and belly happy.

I have been to a few locations and have always enjoyed being able to build your own bowl, similar to what Chipotle or Mod Pizza do. You start off with a starch, add veggies, then meat, then sauces. Portions are large. They do have a smaller size as well. 2 issues–first none of the employees seemed that excited to be there. 2 of them were checking something on a phone. Second, they were out of 3-4 items. You could see them in the back refrigerator, but they didn’t seem to care about filling them. I would’ve wanted kale, carrots and cabbage but they were empty out front. When asked about the carrots, one employee said they were out.The food was still very filling and tasty just wish the employees had been more attentive and product stocked and refilled appropriately. Maybe it was an off day.

The service is always fast when I go here. Portion size is great, I always have a little bit of leftovers. Highly recommend trying the tea. I ordered the new Sweet & Spicy Chicken Chef Curated bowl for $9 and loved it – it was a great price for including kimchi and pineapple (which are normally each $1 extra)

Absolutely amazing every time. I think they were short staffed today but you never would have guessed it. Customer service and quality were top notch. These hard workers deserve much more kudos than just this review so if you stop in, tell them they’re doing a great job. Since opening, this has become one of my all time favorite restaurants.
