I’m very disappointed. The last few times I’ve eaten here I’ve ordered chicken or beef and the meat is barely warm. Yes, I do eat in the restaurant. I’m just surprised that the quality has gone down hill. The other day when I came they were out of noodles, bean sprouts and a few other items. I had to wait for them to cook more to make a steak bowl, which I can be understanding. I waited for the noodles, however, they should have restocked when they were getting low.

I love the concept and the food… when it’s good! This particular location seems to have food quality issues. Once I came the sweet potato noodles were so soggy, like mush. Another time the the chicken tasted like it came straight out of a filthy chicken coop. I’ve also been to other metro locations and haven’t had issues, and I love it!

All gluten free! So many options, and you make your meal your own. Love the yum yum sauce. The kids loved it too! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Had high chairs and free miso soup. Loved their different lemonades.

The atmosphere and food is more of an upgraded Chipotle but healthier! Love the different bases you can get on top of the many sides you can get! Amazing customer service as well as the price! I will recommend downloading the app for rewards on your first or next visit!
