Delicious food. Service was great. Felt like we were sitting in an Italian piazza! $$$. We were staying in Sapphire Falls Resort but love that all of Universal is open to guests by boat and you don’t need cab, car, or bus. You can even walk the path next to the water if you’re that adventurous!

First let me say I had dined last year and loved it. We were looking forward to a family celebration. I was to be staying At Portofino Bay August 18-23. I called three weeks before to book. Concierge at Portofino took my information and said she would book two tables of 5 with notes to be together. (Also 2 birthdays)

Food was to die for both nights from both me and my moms meals. The short rib ravioli was so yummy. Something ive never had before so unique. Our server Ronald was stellar, remembering us from the previous night as we were staying at the hotel. Atmosphere was very pleasant and not overwhelming. Definitely would recommend to anyone and hopefully will have the opportunity to return!
