Always love going to the Biddie Banquet, the Manager is always so nice and accommodating to the Customers. Very nasty and rude worker whom is supposedly a Supervisor, does not know how to treat Customers or communicate with them with respect will contact the Owner to let it be known, I have sent over 35 Customers to their Restaurant and felt so bad after zHer being rude today was the second time this has happened with Her, and the Lady She was training did the very same thing as She. Sooner or later She will run other customers away. I travel all the way from Columbia, as I enjoy their food

Waited in drive-thru for over 30 minutes barely out of highway Due to their awful setup. Once to the window the cashier tells me I have to go back through the drive-thru or park until my order was ready. I told her I would park. She then said because their short staffed I would have to get out to get my food. What’s the point of a drive-thru? It was raining and I have a foot and ankle injury I couldn’t get out. A waste of gas and time and they didn’t have the side order of potato salad I wanted. It even seems like the quality of the food has diminished. I’ve patronized this place for over 25 years but will never go there again. Customer service is very important for me and they don’t meet it anymore!!

My Daughter had a appointment in Orangeburg . We were hungry and stopped by. We were immediately. S greated by our waitress and she said set anywhere you would like . So we did she was there with our drink order and took our food order right away. The food was excellent the waitress was funny and sweet. .I would recommend this place to everyone. Great job Biddie Banquet.

The food was horrible my porkchop was fried extra extra crispy and the rice and gravy was cold! As I was getting up to leave the table was not clean on the undercarriage and sides as you slide in you are cleaning the table for them! When we made it known to the manager he was rude and very nasty!!! He actually asked me if I did it to myself by squeezing ketchup on myself intentionally!!! I would not ever eat there again!!

I’ve tried them a few years ago in which they were actually better than. This time ordered the family meal and was not as happy but disappointed. I felt it needed seasoning and food was dry. They also do not accept cash. The wait was 30 minutes in which everyone just stands around waiting. The lady taking the orders had a nasty attitude as well.
