Great Dutch/American food! Their beer is great and the cocktails are wonderful because they are made with all their own liqueurs and liquor all made in house. Very laid back vibe, don’t come here if you are in a rush. Just relax and enjoy the atmosphere while you spend time with friends and family.

This is a great out of the way stop. They have a quaint family business restaurant/brewery. The food is a delicious take on comfort with a few interesting twists. We just moved to GR about a year ago and have had a good time discovering favorite places to eat and drink in the area. Bier Distillery has become one of our favorites. We love the vibe there. Unique menu with some Dutch options. Everything thing tastes great. The beers are good and I especially like their bourbons. Look forward to stopping back in again.

Bier Distillery is a cool gathering spot on the NW side of the city. We met up with some friends for dinner at the distillery. A unique feature of the food offerings are the Dutch dishes which fill the menu. Our choices were the cheeseburger salad and meatballs with mashed potatoes. Both were excellent. We tried the cream soda for a drink. It was delicious.

A great stop with a decent amount more seating that you would expect! A small open area out front brings you into the main floor with the bar. There’s also a section upstairs and a patio area out back! They offer a selection of fun drinks consisting of wine, beer, and cocktails with some unique and flavorful approaches to the classics. Definitely a fantastic spot to try something new!

Awesome food and beer, portions and flavor were incredible for the price. Had five beers, a burger, and fries. The entire time I was in, nobody else came in, which was pretty surprising considering how great everything was. They have done a great job with social distancing, service was friendly and comfortable, and the ambience was inviting.
