If you order the pizza then it’s great. I ordered fish & chips and everything came out burnt, think waitress was surprised I didn’t send it back. The inside was frozen. This place use to be great and our favorite place to go before covid but really went downhill. After giving it three more tries …..they need new management and good cook. Heard they have new owners….thats the problem! Want to make money but don’t care about their service or their food. They need to contact bar rescue Jon Taffer ♡ for help.

Perfect place to grab a delicious meal and cocktail or a beer. All of the food is amazing. I recommend trying the Irish nachos and the fajita wrap. They also serve an amazing pizza. If your looking for cocktails I recommend the cruisin confusion, its a tropical dream in a glass! But they also have a variety of worthy options. If you like to try different brews this is also your place. So many tasty ones to choose from. Ask for Melissa or Angel to serve you, they are super friendly and simply amazing at what they do!

Been going to Big Al’s for years. Worst experience ever tonight. Our server was also tending bar so we had to ask other staff for things we needed like drinks, napkins and utensils. Got a Tuna melt to share with my husband. The bread was cold and greasy by the time it made it to the table. The sandwich was stacked 3 inches high with tuna which made it a bloody mess to eat. I had to scrape 1/2 of it off to manage the sandwich. Wrong type of fry. The food runner offered to swap it out, but I only eat 4 or 5 fries and hate food waste so I declined. 5 minutes later here come the fries so there was a lot of food waste. It’s so disappointing when you are the cook at home and have such a bad dining out experience. Sigh

This was my first visit after just finishing a long bike ride. Bartenders were amazing. One was a bit of a lifesaver in getting a phone charger for me. Food was great and prices for everything were very reasonable.

Normally, the service is good when you’re with a smaller group, but our large group of 13 maybe threw them off. It looked like they were prepping for another party. Waited over 30 min to get our orders taken. Another 45 min to get our food.

This place used to be pretty decent before covid but ever since this place has been mid at best. Burgers used to actually have flavor and now it’s like yeah i’m getting 1/3 pound of meat but at what cost because it has no taste and everything’s wet. Not even greasy, burger just comes served in a puddle of watery burger juice. It’s a disgrace to the cows used for that meat.

Big Al’s is a step above bar food. It’s great for the whole family and every dish is very tasty. It’s not too hard on the wallet either. We have been here many many times and have never had one complaint. We will continue to dine here in the future.
