Extremely satisfied customer here. I placed a delayed order over the phone to pickup at 7:30. They were open even though it was Labor Day, and the employees were very polite. My order was ready exactly on time. I ordered a large pizza and a small stromboli and was very happy with the food. The small stromboli can very easily feed two people and was very full. The pizza was also very generously topped (with fresh mushrooms to my delight) and the crust was perfectly crisp.( Note: All the pizza was there it smelled so good I couldn’t wait I couldn’t wait to take the picture) Great job guys I will definitely be back .

I will start by saying that I dont normally make reviews but this needs to catch the attention of the owner and the chef. I ordered around 9ish for take out, before ordering I asked if the tomatoes were nice and fresh and was told that they were so I ordered caprese salad, worst tomatoes ever, ordered wings WELL DONE that were barely even cooked and very slimy, and ordered baked ziti that I swear was worse than the frozen ziti from Walmart and to top it off there was hair in the baked ziti, also ordered a drink that was not with the order when picked up, needless to say that I will never order from this location again, definitely not recommended, I sent my husband to pick up order, I called after trying to eat to inform them of the mistakes, I was told that they were already closed, to save the food until the next day and to bring all of it back but they would only refund the mealy tomato caprese, needless to say my family went to bed hungry, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! Oh and forgot to mention that the salad that come with the ziti was also not with the order. Worst experience ever! The garlic knots were not not even cooked all the way, the chef definitely needs to be retrained!! And this all cost about $50. So disappointed!!

I ate there tonight, the food was okay, my problem is we watched them grab all the cooked food out of the oven with their bare hands, disgusting. They have a huge open window and I’m assuming they think nobody is watching them ? Me and my boyfriend watched them take our food out and other people in the restaurants food out with bare hands, very very gross. Our server was great, very cute. But those chefs are way out of line, I can’t imagine what their doing in the back if that’s what they’re doing in front of customers. So gross

Dry, plastic-like cheese, and slight burnt taste. Cold. I was super eager to try Big Apple just because I’ve lived in St Lucie for so many decades and haven’t yet. I may be way off, but it seems like they tossed the pizza meant for display-only into a box and delivered it to my house along with the left-over lasagna made into lasagna sticks?

I grew up going to big apple pizzas and noticed as I got older the taste got worse but this big apple was a taste from the past, excellent service the food was brought out to us and not to mention the flavor was fresh and perfect!!

My order was switched up with someone else’s order that was similar. The kids got their pizza, so not much harm done. This pizza was cold. Phone guy wanted me to wait for order to go back out, I could imagine how stale and cold the food would had been. So I canceled the other half of the order. They were only able to give store credit, no refunds at this place. Delivery driver was nice, apologetic. Phone guy came off crude, un-apologetic. Other orders from here were not bad from a local pizza shop.
