Would all do respect to the appel pizza.of pizzeria. We’ve been ordering for 2 years from you guys. Today is a little different story. I ordered three large salads. Two of them were great. The last one wasn’t. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. I received Caesar salad only and I paid $9 for a large if I’m not mistaken. I ordered a chicken alfredo dinner The chicken supposed to come with grilled chicken, not chicken tenders mixed in and it’s disgusting. I asked for Russian dressing. I received french dressing. Omg! The pizza is just amazing! So fresh and tasty ! I love the chicken broccoli pizza, dough is soft and puffy, the chicken is well seasoned and the broccoli is crunchy and delicious and there is creamy cacear sauce on top, I just love everything about it! You should definitely give it a try!

Decided to give a new place to try highly disappointed!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Spent 80$ for the pizza to come looking like this! Mozzarella sticks had hard cheese in them. Ordered my wings split half hot half garlic parm they clearly didn’t make that right gave the full order all garlic parm. Called to complain & the man was literally screaming at me! We will never order from this place again! Number one a pizza came and the cheese was falling off of it! I called to complain and I was told I would get a phone call back but to send a text message of a picture of the pizza that was delivered! I did that, not only was the cheese all in the box but the pizza was cold and nasty! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Then the so-called manager tried to explain to me how it was the driver’s fault because we ordered extra cheese and try to tell me what the pizza was supposed to look like!? Like really?? We asked for a refund and got hung up (on it’s a circus show)!?!?! ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!!!

I’ve eaten here a bunch and it’s always delicious. When the grubhub driver lied about delivery and grubhub canceled out their order and effectively making the restaurant lose money, a staff member called me to ask if everything was okay and what they could do better. This place makes the best BBQ pizza and wings this side of albany and I’ll continue to be a patron as I live here. The gentleman I spoke to was highly respectful but I forgot to get his name. Outstanding service and food.

I ordered on Uber Eats. The food never came. I was either disconnected or hung up on a few times during the process of trying to find out what was happening with my food. After an hour and a half I ended up having to cancel the order through Uber Eats and order somewhere else.

Do not order the GF pizza from here. It’s rock hard and has zero flavor. Asked for a white pizza, and got a pizza with zero sauce. Not to mention there was barely any cheese. Definitely do not recommend. Was not worth the almost $20 for six slices of pizza.

Please don’t buy anything from here please I beg of you. They always mess up my order weather if it’s missing items, cold food, or just wrong items. They will not give you a refund nor a replacement what they will do is waste your time and money. But what they will give you is a headache or attitude. If you do get the whole order you will end up with a stomach bug food is old and unsafe!!!!!
