The Steak Stromboli was delicious and well stuffed with goodies. Our water was clear and tasted refreshing. (not the case with all restaurants). The waitress was friendly and attentive. The chef was also friendly and served us. There was football on the flat screen . We had a nice view of the blue sky from the big window.

I really wanted to love this. I was told it was delicious. I found the Stromboli to be lacking in flavor and very oily, as the picture shows the grease on the box. The steak and cheese sub was ok. Better than the Stromboli. The green peppers and onions had little taste like maybe they were frozen vegetables and not fresh.

I was really looking forward to eating here but my experience tonight changed that. I went in with a party of 8 and we were quickly greeted and were asked the drinks we wanted. We then proceeded to wait for over 20 minutes to find our drinks just sitting on the counter while they were standing there talking, not even having our food taken yet. We left and went somewhere else.

First time visiting: called in orders and it took about 20 minutes but it was ready as promised. My chicken Philly was excellent. Wife had fish sandwich and fish was very good as well. She said bread was a little soggy on one side, but would order again. Also had fried mushrooms which was fair mainly due to a too thick batter. Sauce was good.

Big Bellys is a small yet uniquely positioned restaurant in the heart of downtown Vinton. It has great food that is always served hot and fresh. While this means great quality it takes time to get your food as it’s prepared. I am never disappointed when I go and have never left hungry. It is a hidden gem.

Excellent Food. Great service from a family owned local Italian Restaurant. Everything is made Fresh. We had pizza and chicken alfredo. The chicken was perfectly lean. i’m picky about my chicken and there were no gristly pieces or fatty pieces of chicken. It was cooked exactly right and tender. The Alfredo sauce is home made and the best i’ve ever had.

There are footprints in the walls. That should have been our first sign. The service was terrible…we waited an hour for pasta and pizza. There were three tables that all had food when we arrived. The hostess argued with us when we voiced our concerns. I would not recommend.

Won’t be going here again. My husband waited 30 minutes for a salad. There was no one in the restaurant, so one would think that it wouldn’t take too long to get in and out, especially with a salad. His request was no tomatoes and no onions. It was LOADED with tomatoes and onions. The taste of the salad was good and the lettuce was fresh, but for $15.00 and a 30 minute wait…no thanks. There are too many other places that have better customer service.
