Yum! I have never had noodles anything like these before! They were amazing! So soft and chewy almost. The steak was seasoned great. Everything tasted awesome. I will definitely be back here. Hopefully with the storefront, they will add more flavor options to their menu. My boyfriend is a weenie and said that this was too spicy for him.

One of my favorite places to get a meal! The food is fresh, the noodles are fantastic, and the flavors are incredible. An order of noodles is a pretty large portion and the food is beyond amazing, so it’s a good price for what you get. Service is friendly and pretty quick for freshly made food.

First time eating food from this food truck. My mom and I are wimps when it comes to hot spicy food so we were able to get our chicken bowls prepared with “baby spice”. I also ordered the cream cheese and onion wontons. My fiance got the regular chicken bowl and chicken jalapeno egg rolls and was very impressed. All the food is so flavorful and cooked perfectly! The noodles are wide and long so without a knife I spooled a noodle on my fork and would bite off a mouthful and then pierce some chicken and cabbage…oh so good! I highly recommend this food truck if you see it.

Our first time at the food truck at Scissortail Park on Easter weekend and was pleasantly surprised. I got the noodles with chicken and wife got the cream cheese wontons. We both enjoyed our food and will be return customers in the future. Nice balance of ingredients on the noodle plate. A little more soy sauce would have got the 5th star.

Delicious, delicious hand pulled noodles. You can usually watch them pull them if you’re waiting for your food. Their chili oil is super delicious and I crave it all the time. They’re apps are super tasty as well; all of them. My only note would be I wish the portions on the apps were a touch bigger. That’s the tiniest thought. I’m sure they’re charging what they need to charge. All in all, it’s hard to find a better bowl of noodles if you like a light Szechuan tingle.

Holy. This place is phenomenal. It sucks they’re only open on weekends usually because I find myself craving these noods at 5pm on a Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and bless your taste buds.
