Omfg, it was so good. Ate myself sick. I once thought I knew self control. But every individual element from the meat to the slaw to the beans was exceptional. I couldn’t be stopped. I lost myself in this restaurant and only knew the moment, only understood flavor and indulgence. Super recommend. There’s sauce in my hair.

Had a chicken sandwich, a pork sandwich and a side of mac n cheese. No other sides and no drinks and it was $21 bucks! Ridiculous. The sandwiches were good. Nice smokey flavor, buns were soft and the sauce sweet and smokey. The restaurant was clean. But everything else? The music was so loud, we couldn’t hear each other talking, mac n cheese tasted like cafeteria quality and the hookah ‘bar’ that shared the space was loud, crowded and the smoke hung over the entire building. The place wasn’t very busy for 6pm on the restaurant side and I could see why. The employees spent more time hanging in the hookah bar area than anything else. Overall, we won’t come back thus the three stars.

Staff great 5/5 customer service 5/5. Food 2/5. I ordered bbq chicken nachos and a half slab of ribs. My nachos were good, BUT MY RIB…. WORST RIB I’VE EVER HAD. NO FLAVOR AT ALL. JUST OVER COOKED MEAT. I don’t know if the cook is a family member or what, but I was very disappointed. Full rack was 29.99 and the half was 22.99. Very over priced for it not to be good. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was the worst rib I’ve had.

I was not very impressed with this restaurant. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, but those are really the only good things I can say. I was not at all pleased with the food. The spaghetti tasted like it came straight out of the chef Boyardee can. The food was average and there wasn’t anything that stood out to me or anything that separated them from any other bbq restaurant that would make me want to come back.

I saw them and decided to give a try. Potato salad/Baked beans were ok. But my ribs just weren’t good. I felt like they were old, overcooked and just drowned out with sauce that I didn’t think was all that great

I actually like the food love the taste of the bbq food is hot every time and the staff is friendly but my only problem is the meats although good tasting the sauce is awesome what you can actually eat I ordered the rib plate 4 bones I got what I call the flap end ribs that’s not bone in but gristle on bone ends but the rest is not eatable or chewable my take is if you say 4 bones for 14 dollars you should get 4 cut bones. Not meat you can’t eat or chew because it’s well done it’s too tough to eat or chew you didn’t get what you paid for your home on a carry out order and disappointed in your order

Big bills is always good I like the smoke its deeper than A and R. I appreciate the diverse menu because I don’t eat pork. They have turkey barbecue sandwiches. Beef hot dog also a turkey foot long.

I have tried a lot of bbq in M-town recently, but no one has lived up to the hype like Big Bill’s. They do rib tips better than anyone else, and everything is always tender and delicious. The only thing I would like is a little more smoke flavor.

The staff was very friendly and good spirited. This is a great, classic diner experience with reasonable prices. The barbecue was excellent. The only thing I would note is that while it was very good, the spaghetti was quite spicy. I would recommend this restaurant

Im from South Louisiana and I have to say Big Bill’s Bar-Be-Que did not disappoint! I had the Beef Brisket sandwich and may I say the taste and quality over exceeded my expectations! 5 star friendly service and the food was extremely delicious!! Will definitely return to try more of the great tasting bbq!
