Brand new place that just opened. Everything is cooked to order so expect a wait time while there. Wanted to try the bone in chicken but were sold out from yesterday. So I got a chicken sandwich and fries. It was ok but don’t want to say anything bad cause it was not what I originally wanted to try. Will come back later.

Went there yesterday and got two legs and a okra. Well yes my food was cooked to order but my chicken was not cooked fully and my okra was half done also. If everything was cooked all the way the food I think would’ve been breathtaking. The little chicken that I did eat was delicious it’s just when I got closer to the bone I realized the chicken wasn’t all the way done.

I got a tender combo and several sauces to try. The shack sauce was especially yummy. All my food was hot and fresh. My sister had a burger and both of us we very satisfied with the food and the service. The tender were juicy and extra crispy and very well seasoned. Definitely will return and recommend to others!!!

The sign stated 10-15 minute wait food is made to order, but the chicken was already cooked, the breading was dark as if they over cooked it. I didn’t enjoy the breading and the skin is usually the best part of fried chicken, but this was not the case, I pulled the skin off. I asked for the fries to be fried hard, but instead one basket was cooked and I had the same fried as everyone else. I was excited to try something new because that my thing to do, trying new spots to eat, but this a no for me.

I was in the Warner Robins area and decided to eat at Big Bird Shack. OMG, the food was amazing!! I ordered catfish. I visited the next day because I wanted to try something else on the menu: rice n black beans, wings and Cole slaw. WOW!! So Good!!! This is my place to eat when I am back in Middle Ga. I love Big Bird!!!! The food was fresh, made to order, taste good, and great customer service.

On this day of the 7th of April 2022, I was the first to order a Nest 2pc and I did have to wait for the cooked to order…FRESH n’ HOT chicken, but baaabbby let me tell you….IT WAS WORTH IT! Warner Robins needed this. Being an employee of the base and the short time we have for lunch, I wish we could do a call in…I do hope that could happen without you guys losing money because of those who won’t pick up.
