Waitress was amazing with the kids, but the food and restaurant conditions were awful. This whole restaurant needs a refresh from the building to the menu. Our appetizer was burnt and cooked in old oil. Food was bland, and they forgot my soup and my wife’s salad. The kabobs had zero flavor due to a lack of seasoning. Kids’ food was also meh!

Changed my rating it kinda went down hill . Me an my 5 an 6yr old went there last night my youngest ordered a cheeseburger he took one bite it was all pink inside so he couldn’t eat that since he had 2 intestinal surgeries. He cried about it . . Then our waitress forgot what we even ordered so I paid extra for fries when instead he should of got Mac an cheese not 2 sides or fries. Chicken strips dinners for adults are a joke they are so small for what u pay for them . All in all will not be coming back . Lost a loyal customer my child could of got sick all over again . I would like a refund

Willow was a great server, very attentive and friendly. Food was very good, and fries were hot-appreciated that, because sometimes fries are lukewarm, when ordered with a sandwich. Would love to see Big Boy bring back their Canadian Cheese soup they had years ago. Yummy!

I should have known better than to order an omelette at a Big Boy . Unappetizing presentation, one of the two pancakes was 1/4 the size of the correctly sized pancake, omelette was two fluffy and was likely pre-mixed and possibly from frozen, all was barely warm. Server was engaging and had a good sense of humor which we enjoyed. Atmosphere was tired.

Our daughter came into town to take her dad out for his birthday dinner. We live in St Clair, but most places here are either closed, or places that treat their customers badly. Wasn’t as fancy of a place as we would have liked to go to, but the staff were great as was the food❣️
