It Reopend after a Remodeling, so we thought we would stop in for a Bite and Again Try. My Complaint was the Onion Rings , just a Few tossed and over cooked , sharing between 2 people it wasn’t worth it. Gladly they took it off the bill. Everything Else Wasn’t too bad.

I normally don’t care for Big Boy but my daughter wanted to stop. We had a good experience. Very clean. Everyone where’s their masks. They have people spaced out properly. The staff is very friendly and they seem to team up and help each others tables. At least that was my experience this time. My past experiences weren’t so great but that was years ago. Things have definitely improved. The food was delicious and came out fast. We were in and out in no time but never felt rushed. Just a good even flow.

Wait staff seemed distracted with duties in BOH but was friendly. I would’ve tipped more but didn’t get syrup with my pancakes and didn’t get a refill until we were done eating. I hate to bug servers so its partly my fault but still a bummer. Food was good and they were friendly so its still 5 stars

Got my fish platter and it was cold. Also took about 40 minutes for my food. Understaffed and the waitress was very slow and didn’t check on me but once. Ordered a pie to go home and it was frozen. Not overly satisfied.

Took almost a 1/2 hour to get a slim jim w/ onion rings. Looked like all of the staff were like fish out of water. They were nice, but the only thing they have going for them. Not a store I would revisit. I waited tables and cooked in a Big Boy for a couple years. It was never that bad on our worst days.

I ordered two bowls of soup. I was going to eat one there and one to go. The waitress bright me a cup of soup instead of a bowl. I told her about the mistake. The waitress brought me out the bowl of soup about two thirds full. The to go bowl was the same way. The chicken tortilla soup is awful. It is mainly liquid.

Not a good service. I ordered Mediterranean omelet with fruit bowl and the waiter collected money first and forgot my fruit bowl! I had to check my order and remind them that they forgot fruit bowl. Check your order before leaving. They will collect your money first, correct order and service are not guaranteed!

The waitress didn’t get our order correct and tried to charge us for onion rings we never got. They forgot to clean our table so we had to wait a bit to get it completely cleaned, they forgot our toast when we ordered eggs,bacon, and toast. I got a chicken parmesan sandwich and the bread was soggy when I got the sandwich and we waited over 20 minutes for our food and they didn’t refill our drinks.

This place is struggling with post-pandemic operations. The waitress was definently one of the worst I’ve ever had. She had a whole conversation with a gentleman at the booth next to us about how “he could get dessert if he wanted too even tho he was bigger and she was able to say that cause her boyfriend is bigger too”. When she finally brought our silverware, she dropped it on the table and most of it got unwrapped, she the proceeded to wrap it up again in front of us and distribute it. Most of the food was fine, one dish was cold. You could tell the manager was frustrated with some of the wait staff, the manager was helping alot with the waiting and serving… I’m sure most/all of the waitresses were very new, I realize it’s hard to find people that want to work anymore, so it’s in no way the managers fault… The manager did not charge us for the cold meal…
