Nice little Roadside joint. Ordered the famous big boy burger was pretty dissatisfied. Minimal sauce and dried out parties. Fries tasted like they sat in a to go box for a day and onion rings weren’t warm when brought to table. Overall experience was good with staff but wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.

Service was great. Food was fine. Place was filthy. They were out of Alfredo sauce. All of our silverware was dirty. Although they said they’d had issues with their dishwasher, their servers still wrap the silverware, so it never should have made it to our table in the first place.

We were seated within 3 minutes and took our order. We both ordered a quick meal. We patiently waited and waited. The restaurant was not even half full. When we ordered. We tried to flag down our server. When we finally did ( we’d been waiting for our food for over an hour and twenty minutes). She then asked us what we ordered. They couldn’t find it. We left extremely hungry and upset. No one even bothered to appologize.

When entering the trash cans were over flowing. People had begun setting their trash aside the can. The restroom were just as horrible. Trash everywhere. Unclean floors and toilets. Now for the staff…when on break they smoke directly outside the rear door of the restaurant and throw their butts on the ground. It looked like Big Boy was growing a cigarette butt garden. Our waitress returned 5 times and took our same order because she could not remember 4 orders. Service was horrible. Food quality was below what we expected for Big Boy. Sorry to say but you either need to close this one down or totally clean house and start from scratch with new management and work you way down and get people who care about the Big Boy name.

Coming from a past employee, this place is disgusting. Lots of walk outs. I’ve had to get the manager more times than I can count on both hands due to issues with the food. They are constantly running out of food items. Always short staffed and sending servers home due to labor costs. The old bathroom by the register smells disgusting. The currently used bathrooms are also very disgusting.

Wonderful place! We were greeted by the hostess and a cook. I have a chronic pain disorder that limits what I can eat. Our server, Gabby, was very awesome and checked the food for me. The dish I ordered, they informed me, they did not know the ingredients as they come premade, and I ordered it anyways. Unfortunately, the food had a lot of pepper in it that I could not eat. I had to order something else. Even though this was clearly my fault, they didn’t charge me for the first meal and made me fresh hash browns with no seasoning. The cook and server personally apologised to me, even though it was not their fault. Everyone was very kind and helpful. This was some of the most accommodating and best customer service I have ever received; especially at a restaurant. I would like to give a huge thank you to all of the staff.

We sat in a very nasty dirty restaurant for an hour and 15 minutes just to be told they never put in our order. Makes me very sad to see a big boy looking so nasty, dirty tables, bathroom was trashed, took the buffet down early so we couldn’t even order that if we had wanted to. I have never had to get up and leave a restaurant because of how dirty it was or because of service but we had 4 very hungry children. I was scared to even think about eating the food after seeing how dirty it was, tables were dirty, floor was nasty. Buffet even looked dirty. The parking lot was pretty empty, not many people was there, and a lot of the employees were sitting outside when we got there. We were from out of town. We will never return.

I have never seen a restaurant so dirty or slow. We walked in to five other groups waiting to be seated. When a hostess finally came to seat someone 4 other groups had left. There were at least four tables covered in plates. We heard the cook ask for a spoon to which another employee yelled there we’re none clean. While we we’re waiting to be seated others were waiting to pay. One looked at us and said not to bother that the bar wasn’t being filled and there were no options to choose from. After 20 minutes of waiting we left hungry. We will never return.

Horrible, started out I didn’t get scrambled eggs like I ordered no big deal so I asked if they could change it the waitress asked if she could just knock it off of my bill. Finally was able to get the scrambled eggs. Never got a refill. Sausage links were not even cooked all of the way through and the cookie sundae dessert tasted like a 40 yr old cookie out of the vending machine, the cookie wasn’t even warm. I would never eat at a Big Boy again.

I would give it less than one if I could. Slow and poor service coupled with cold food. When we complained they took it back and microwaved it. Gravy looked like chocolate pudding. Management went back to the kitchen never to check and see if things were made right. Corporate should either close this restaurant or come in and fix it.
