Flies in the dirty windows, food on the floor, spoiled coleslaw and burt soup on the salad bar. I ordered the philly cheese steak and they brought me a chopped up hamburger on a sub bun with onion & cheese. I would have given our server a higher rating but he didn’t come back after dropping off our food, came back when we were ready to leave.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it wasn’t sliced steak like the menu said. It was bunched up hamburger. Also ordered an appetizer of onion rings. It only had 7 small rings that they said they didn’t make themselves. The waitress was nice and got more onion rings and took the sandwich off the bill, but the management needs work!

Ordered classic breakfast and gravy and steak breakfasts. Came with eggs, bacon and sausage and hash browns. The eggs were so undercooked and watery. The steak was so chewy and undercooked. No flavor, ketchup bottle and mustard bottle were dirty and looked like it hadn’t been changed since 2003. Sat right across from the kitchen and the floors were dirty. Cook wasn’t wearing any gloves or hairnet. Floors looked greasy. It was so hard not to gag while eating. Sausage links were undercooked and tasted like it was from Walmart and now I have a stomachache. NEVER COMING BACK.

Took our family out for dinner tonight and my husband couldn’t eat his food. He ordered breakfast and it was ice cold. Everyone else had a good meal. He’s not one to complain and didn’t. Instead choose to pack it to go and go back to our daughter’s and eat a sandwich. Word of advice never cook breakfast food before deepfried foods . Oh and the fries were soggy too . We also had to inform the cashier that it was kids eat free on Tuesday. Thankfully I checked my bill close or would have been overcharged for kids meals too.

One of the best Big Boys I have ever been to! They seemed kind of busy, but our food came quick. Food was made very well and with care. Friendly staff all over the restaurant. Floors where clean, once costumers left a table, a staff member was right on top of getting it cleaned before new costumers came in. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

My salad was limp and obviously had been prepped and sitting on that plate all day… Or longer. My hush puppies were super chewy. As they cooled they turned to stone. My fish was soggy greasy. Fries were the only thing decent in my dinner. My husband’s “chilli” was a can of hot dog sauce heated up. I have to say this was my worst dinner out to date.

If I could give a zero I would. The servers took advantage on the tip. I put a tip on the table, but they charged me double for an extra on credit card tip. Being born and raised there, I expected honesty. Apparently another hillbilly town looking for hand-outs. NEVER GOING BACK and calling Corporate on this one FOR SURE!!!!!

Gave it another try since my kid has been asking. The hotcakes were good, and the country fried steak was delicious. They didn’t put any salt on my eggs or hash browns. The waitress Ashley was amazing.
