If you are looking for a big and delicious burger, look no further than Big Burger on Vivion Road. This place has been serving up classic roadside fare since my high school days, and it never disappoints. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy and hot, and the ice cream is creamy and refreshing. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is clean and cozy. Big Burger is not just a name, it’s a promise. You will leave this place feeling full and satisfied, or your money back (just kidding, they don’t offer refunds). But seriously, this place is a gem in Kansas City, and you should definitely give it a try. You won’t regret it, unless you are on a diet (in which case, you might want to skip the zebracones). Big Burger is the burger of my eye, and I’m sure it will be yours too.

The service and food was terrible, they use to be very very good always fresh and hot. The kid at the window asked me 3 times what I said and still didn’t get the order correct. Got home called the “MANAGER” explained what happened all she could say they were ALL in training, told me to read the sign above the window that says check your order before leaving. REALLY!!! She would have to call the owners to give me credit for my order, took my number and never called back. I owned restaurants, my grease was strained everyday and changed at least once a week if not more depending on what you cooked. The fries tasted like old grease and onion rings. Sad use to be a great restaurant.

Not even trying this place until you open the lobby. It’s 2023. I worked at McDonald’s during COVID and we opened our lobby full time June of 21 – too early but by now it’s genuinely pathetic. The pandemic is officially over the only excuse is manpower.

Bad service today. I asked them to only put mayo as sauce and no tomatoe on my Big Burger. He even repeated my order for me. I waited a bit to get my food. No one was in line the whole time I was there. They had time to get my order right. When I got home I was disappointed. I had mustard and tomatoes. No mayo. Bad service today. There are lots of potholes in front of the drive-through menu. Folks, check your order before leaving. Careful driving in there, you might blow a tire just trying to order.

This is your classic non-chain local burger joint. Food is cooked to order and fulfills the itch for a burger and fries. There is a solid ice cream selection with rotating special flavors. The staff is friendly and the dining area is kept nice and clean.

Cook was not wearing gloves, he reached in the tomato bin put tomato on customers sandwich, NO GLOVES, pulling up his pants then touching food with bare hands. I request he put gloves on he only put on 1 blue glove. Another employee took over his job. SAME THING. Had to request she put on gloves. This place is a potential health risk. Fan in the lobby. Food all over the floor, tables dirty.
