My niece called in an order for me from a text of what I wanted….two subs and wings. When we got the food it was 3 subs and and an order of wings. We didn’t order 3 subs. We tried to explain ( kept getting cut off) what we ordered. The third sub has mushrooms and shrimp. We don’t eat mushrooms and one is allergic to seafood. This used to be a go to spot. Rudeness from the person who took the order. He said ” next time have an adult to place the order”. My niece is 19. Another one bites the dust.

The subs are okay- yes it’s filled like in the picture but the bread is soft and almost uncooked and despite asking for extra lettuce & hots- it was none: it’s like they only make a generic sandwich. Also the cheese is a cheap cheesy spread- not my cup of tea.

We ordered a from here last night for the first time using Slice online. I ordered pickup. When I got their the lady at the counter didn’t answer right away due to a phone order. Once she finished she answered right away. I let her know I made an online order for there big pizza with pepperoni. This pizza was huge and barley got it in my front seat in my Expediton. The was very very good the family loved it. I ordered a 22″(biggest on slice) but when I got there saw the biggest was 20 and 24″ sizes. Very big slices well. I did not experience the rudeness others claimed. I do think Google needs to clean some of these reviews out. Obviously you can tell the paid bad reviews. Epecially the one say they got water with laxatives in it. We will order another pizza and probably wings.

The most horrible sub I’ve had in years! This sub is trash. Made with 1 minute steak meat. The restaurant is filthy! Do not waste your time going there! They never have foot traffic and the parking lot is completely empty. That should’ve been my first sign to turn my a** around and go the other way!

The woman who I interacted with was combative throughout, seemed to be arguing with her coworkers in another language. Being from Philly, I thought I’d give their cheesesteak a try. The steak, onions and cheese were good, but the roll was downright criminal – spongy with no crispness on the outside, fell apart while eating, empty calories. Just a bad experience overall.

It feels like a real shady operation one time something called slice popped up on their website when I was trying to order even though I was doing a pickup. This time I called and asked are you in the store and the woman on the phone said yes I asked her about the specials that were on the wall right there and she started reading them off when I got there she tried to claim I ordered online and I said no I called here on my phone at the phone number listed and would not take the pizzas unless she honored the price on the wall she tried to get me for an extra $7 and I told her to keep them and then she agreed to the price on the wall.. then she started talking about me in Russian what she did not know was it I understood everything she said

Worst Service Ever! My husband had gotten a cheese steak from here. I wanted to try one so we went ahead and order one for me, one for him, and mac and cheese for our son. We waited for 30 minutes and we saw other costumers coming in and getting our with their orders. My husband asked what was going on with the food that was taking so long. Instead of getting an answer from the lady behind the counter, she walked away. The manager came out and asked what was ordered. My husband told her. As he is talking to her, her cellphone rings and she answers it, then prints out the ticket and gives it to her cook. Meantime, we are standing waiting to know what happened to our food. She hangs up. My husband tries to ask her about the food and very rudely she says, “A few more minutes.”
