I went to Big Chic today and i ordered a breast, fries and roll. I was given cold food that apparently been cooked and sitting for quite a while. When i brought it to staff attention i was told that it was fresh and i said well feel it then and they declined and immediately gave me a refund! Some of the staff in there are rude and I will never shop with them again. I don’t appreciate cold food at all ! I went up the street from Big Chic to King Chic and ordered.

They should really consider using to go containers instead of the really small paper baskets. The food had come out of the small baskets and were at the bottom of the bag. They also charge an additional five cents per packet for Texas Pete hot sauce when they only give you two packets for two chicken breasts.

Big Chic has the Best chicken I have ever had. Unless, their oil gets old because I have been a cook and I can smell the difference when the oil is a little old and funky. It makes everything cooked in it taste that way as well. If you can catch it when it is still good, the chicken is um um good. They do offer other fare too.
