My husband and I have always noticed Big Chic while traveling and finally decided to stop and give them a try. The workers were very friendly and inviting, however the food was mediocre. We ordered the chicken gizzards, which were extremely chewy. The fries were cold and tasted dry and freezer burnt, but on a more positive note the chicken wrap was awesome. The chicken bites in the kids meals we ordered were pretty tasty and the sweet tea was amazing as well. Overall, very friendly staff, but food needs some work!

I have had very varied experiences at this location. Today, the service was pretty good. I was the only customer at the time. My chicken was piping hot and, although a tad greasy, very tasty. My son said that his chicken was very tasty also. My only disappointment today was with the fries. They were cool and a bit on the soggy side. Overall, I would say my experience today was positive.

Went to go get some chicken for dinner on 11-29.. There was 4-5 people already in waiting for there order to come up. The lady was quick to take me order, my first doubt to get my food was the lights not on for the food… well there was chicken in there so I thought they didn’t want to dry it out. I ordered it got it home and I’m sad to say it was Cold, Dry,(I got 2thighs and a leg) and burnt…. People if you want real good chicken go one block up to Papa’s Pace…

Stopped in today never been to one before, but I was craving gizzards and hoped they served them. Lo and behold they do and I’m happy they had decent portion sizes as gizzards are something not all places do. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to stop here again as their staff goes above and beyond for customers. One of the ladies behind the counter delivered a woman’s order out in the parking lot who had a broken leg. She even brought her change. That’s something you don’t see everywhere. That being said I wish them well and wouldn’t hesitate to stop on in! Keep up the great work

Great food and friendly people! Very inexpensive too. Combo meal for right at $6, much higher in WR. Big on quality and flavor but not big on price! And they don’t close at 2pm like most everybody else seems to.

Stopped in passing through on the way home. It was a group of us. When I got my order the fries were cold. The chicken was fried too hard. My brother in law had to wait 30 minutes on his order! Will not patronize this business again.

Do not stop at this place to eat. My family and I was served old chicken for my husband, burnt burger for my granddaughter and my catfish plate was salty and full of grease. You will do better stopping in Woodbury. NEVER STOP HERE
