My girlfriend and I decided to give this place a try, and are extremely happy we did. The moment we walked in, the person behind the counter was very friendly, courteous, and helpful, and that energy was coming from all of the employees there. They were in the middle of filling a 100 dish catering order when we walked in, and the manager said “no worries though! We got you!” The cashier asked if it was our first time there, we said it was, and then he asked if we liked spicy, if we didn’t, what we were feeling that day, and ran through the menu for us like we were the only ones there.

Bok Bok . Been meaning to try for some time. Super friendly, helpful staff. Got the sliders Jerome style, fries, Mac and cheese, and root beer. All of the above were definitely unique. Fries steak style but thin cut, chicken is spicy, but not overwhelming. The root beer is not your average soda, has a distinct taste of its own. Mac and cheese was the only item that was just mediocre in my opinion. Definitely will return to try the shakes. Not the cheapest, but definitely quality.

The chicken place has a tight parking area. The place faces the street so it is easy to find. The decor has a somewhat sporty theme. The service is good. Unique to this place is when your order is ready to pick up, they will text you. I ordered the Shaq sandwich which was pretty good.

Everything was amazing. We were greeted by friendly and enthusiastic staff that made us laugh quite a bit. The customer service was top notch, you don’t really see much of that nowadays. These are depressing days and it felt really nice to be surrounded by positivity, smiles and laughter

I had the most awesome dining experience at Big Chicken! The moment I stepped in, the friendly staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The ambiance was inviting and perfect for a relaxed dine-in meal. The menu had a fantastic selection, and I couldn’t resist ordering their signature fried chicken. The serving size was generous, and the chicken was cooked to perfection with a crispy and flavorful coating. The sides were equally delicious, complementing the main dish brilliantly. Big Chicken’s fried chicken is simply addictive! I find myself coming back here frequently because their chicken is consistently scrumptious. The seasoning blend they use is magical, and the crunch is spot-on. The portion sizes are generous, making it a great value for the price.
